Ecstasy & Hair Testing

I havn't rolled in 3 months now. It's been a nice break, longest i've ever gone since i started doing so at the beginning of this year. Reason why is i'm always at risk of random drug tests via hair.

It says ecstasy doesnt show up in the standard 5 test, but amphetamines do, and E can be cut with that sometimes, so does anybody know how effectively amphetamines show up in hair tests? I mean would 1 hit, standard dosage show up if amphetamines were present in the pill? I need to know how much at risk i am of being caught if i was to roll again, because fuuck me am i dying to go back to euphoria and talk shit all night and go through my phone book telling all my mates how much i love them.

i'm pretty sure e shows up as an amphetamine in drug tests. not sure though....

MDMA will show positive for amphetamines.

I think erowid might have some info on hair tests.. *will look for you seein as i have nothin better to do*..

Amphetamine will stay in your hair for up to 90 days..

An expanded test CAN test for MDMA (differing from amphetamine) but that's not on the table.. so basically.. 90 days and your safe (although you'd probably be safe alot quicker if your not a heavy user)..

I was working for Books-A_Million as a manager and I heard we had to take a hair drug test so I went out and bought a special cleansing shampoo from a local head shop. It washed out the THC but not the MDMA. I got a call from a doctor who said I tested positive for ecstacy. Bummer dude..

Your head isn't the only spot on your body that hair can be collected from, you'd have to shave your whole body and that might look a little suspicious don't you think?

fair enough. So even the dosage from just 1 pill can show up clear enough to get caught? You dont need to be using extensively?

Yes but detection period, i pressume, will be smaller.

Its not worth getting caught over. I wouldn't use e until you are done being drug tested IMO
