Well, if it is good, then it probably has a cult following somewhere. There aren't many good films that NO ONE has seen.

There are, however, many forgotten films; movies that were popular in their day but not often seen today.
One movie that comes to mind (a very drunk mind at the moment) is Merry Wives Of Reno. It's from 1934. There are no genuine "stars" in this movie. But it's like Warner Brothers put their entire B-team into this movie. People you've seen a million times (if you're a TCM addict like me) but never bothered to learned the name of. Guy Kibbee! Glenda Farrell! Marget Lindsay! Hugh Herbert! None of them A-list stars but all the best character ators of their day.
The whole movie revolves around adultery. A pretty risqué theme in its day...

On a seperate note, They Call Me Bruce is a classic.

LOVED that movie as a kid. Watched it again just recently and still found all the bad jokes funny.

some of the sickest movies i've seen, also very high at the moment, are Nekromantik 1 and 2.

then the other ones: toxic avenger, Re-animator, Oldboy(very nice Korean mindfuck movie), Heavy metal.
 
Well....its not a movie, but still. There was this series called "strawberry square" that was centered around music and now that I look back was really lame, but I loved loved loved it as a kid

Kontroll - Hungarian film, fucking awesome. Worth it for anyone even remotely interested in film to see, so that means everyone.

Disco Pigs - Irish flick, pretty good, very strange.

i am also trying to hunt a copy of the movie down, i saw it on sbs near 11yrs ago and well i can remember the whole thing but i want a copy of it to reminis

I have also been trying to find Go to Hell! Great movie, can't find it anywhere though. Have you or anyone else been able to find it? If so please let me know.
