What's so great about New Jersey?

I love New Jersey, I live in the middlesex county son! It is so trife out here! Seriously, I'm 40 minutes from the beach(fishing, drinking, chicks), I'm 40 minutes from NYC(greatest city in the world), Skateparks everywhere, Raceway Park is 20 minutes away, There are some great hiking spots at the Deleware water gap, Mountain bike trails are close by, and some cool mufuckin people!

Sounds like Southern California just not as good.
 
I lived in New Jersey for a spring/summer one time, but I stayed at Long Beach Island, definetely not a "hard" place for NJ. most weekends though, I would be chasing money and drugs in Atlantic City and I sometimes ran into problems over there. sociologically speaking, the people of Jersey are great - just with an annoying accent and a false sense of toughness (much like Boston or NYC natives). they are also very loyal, however, much like Boston and NYC.

I don't know why your dude was telling you Ohio is soft compared to NJ. I am from Cleveland and it made anything in Jersey seem like a cakewalk (but don't you stay down in Dayton smotpoker? I guess then it's different because there really is nothing in Dayton).

New Jersey is a little more sketchy than Chicago, but not as sketchy as Detroit or Cleveland. if that puts anything in perspective for all of you.
 
You cant talk Axl. You aint been to the real jersey lol. You aint qualified to comment til you roll thru the bricks, paterson, jersey city, camden, etc. AC aint shit. Not even tryna come off like a dick but for real you stayed in LBI which aint no way to gauge what the citys like, you feel me.;)

I aint sayin jersey is tougher than any place in particular but what I am sayin is you cant judge how hard a state is if you aint even been to the hard parts of the state if that makes sense.

Irony of that statement is I love SoCal! Been there a lot, have quite a few friends out in San Diego. Got handcuffed in rosarito, Mexico and thought I was going to perish in a Mexican jail. Luckily I had cash to pull a bribe.

Jersey really does have a bit of everything you can imagine. I grew up skateboarding, and riding/racing dirtbikes. (I know you can't imagine there is even room in New Jersey for people to ride dirtbikes, but there is)

Then in high school and up to today, I got into doing drugs. Which enlightened me on some hard fuckin places such as the places Lacey talks about. No I never lived there, but have been to a lot of seriously fucked up places, and endured some crazy shit that I lived to tell about. I got stories for didays! I'm old school now, and a bit more chilled out on the drug shit. Still like my opiates though.

I would say the culture here in NJ is pretty fuckin deep!

I am psyched on Jersey and have tons of NJ Pride.

high population density + some of the most dangerous cities in the country = craziness

mullets? LOL give me a break, you must hate most of the south and midwest then too. nj probably has one of the lowest incidences of mullets.

also the only thing different about guidos is the fact that they are italian and have blowout haircuts. minus these two items they are known everywhere else as faggedy rich kids.
 
I'm Italian, minus the blowout(#3 on the clippers every week). Plus I ride a skateboard, and a dirtbike quite fucking well! Not to toot my own horn, but who else is going to do it?

I got guido friends, long haired hippy friends, black, spanish, jewish, even fuckin indian dudes that are cool. Jersey is cool like that.

I was born and raised in CNJ, and it gets way too fucking cold in the winter. I don't really get along that well with people from other states, they usually think I'm an asshole. I get along fine with people from Jersey though, as everyone here is already an asshole.

Also, this state really isn't that hard, neither is the US for that matter. This country isn't shit compared to most of South America. I've gotten guns pulled on me, and I've gotten jumped, in Newark before. If that shit happened in some third world shit hole I'd be dead. And Africa is even worse.

except for high bridge, i hate fucking high bridge...and south jersey and the turnpike and newark and basically everywhere except for hunterdon and morris county. Hunterdon county makes up for the shittiness of the rest of new jersey.

Na i cant say that cuz theres prolly a whole bunch of equally shitty counties down in south jerz, but hunterdon? What the fuck is there? I cant even think of nothing that is there becuz its so shitty. Everything good in jersey is either down the shore, near philly, or in passaic, essex, hudson, union and bergen county. How you gonna hate on newark? How you gonna hate on atlantic city? The fuck kinda shit is that yo. You prolly one of them rich jersey kids that loves to rep jerz but hates on everything that aint a upper class suburb in jersey.




I dont even kno you , but theres some good ol fashioned jersey asshole talk based on assumptions. ;) Gotta stay in the classic style yo no hard feelings lol.
