drugs after corneal transplant surgery

Is smoking weed safe after corneal transplant surgery? how long after surgery one have to wait until it will be safe to use other kinds of drugs? How useing drugs may influent on transplant rejection?

i`m not able to get the answers from my doc, so if anyone knows anything about it plzzz tell me

I would keep away from most drugs. A single cigarette can cause sensitive tissue rejection. Anything that is at all sympathomimetic (cannabis, all amphetamines, most hallucinogens). All these things can effect blood flow.
