7-oh and Ativan

I been taking 45mg 7-oh every 4/5 hours last time was 8 hours ago I was wondering when it would be safe to take 2mg Ativan?

I'm sure it feels better than 7oh alone. Probably counteracts some of the annoying adrenal side effefts, too.

first of all, you don't know what will harm someone else. you don't even know what other medications the person is taking. advice like this can be dangerous. ativan is a CNS depressant, meaning it disrupts the signals between your brain/nerves and body.

I do get once a month injection inVega sustenna with it I haven’t taken the Ativan yet that’s all else I’m on, do you think it’s safe still

again, we can't tell you what is safe and what isn't. i would say, as square and lame as this may sound, consult your doctor. it seems like in 8 hours, enough time has passed so it would be safe to take ativan, but you never know.

i think you have the wrong idea about this site. bluelight is a harm reduction community. we're interested in providing an environment for people to share their stories and interact with other like-minded people. we are VERY interested in harm reduction as opposed to sobriety.

I agree it's objectively speculative in nature, as is much harm reduction. However, the fact that mit related alkaloids do not effect b-arrestin is very firm ground to speculate upon. Combined with my own aneceotal experience, and OP's seeming awareness of respiratory depression and discussion within the realm of therapeutic doses, I am comfortable giving out such advice.

Further conjecture includes 7oh's natural adrenal effects, and it's propensity to attach as a MOR antagonist (reason for it's ceiling effect), both heavily pointing away from traditional dangers of combining opioids with depressants.

In fact I would go as far to say any real danger here is likely combining invega with 7oh.

I have nearly died from combining 7oh which was laced with medetomadine (similar to xylazine), alcohol and benzos (very high doses of all, more than OP by a lot). It was not from respiratory depression. It caused me to vomit in my sleep, but I was able to wake up during the process. Scary nonetheless.

I agree I just said it cause it must be said , I’m also comfortable with 7OH and don’t fear for respiratory depression.

WOW scary experience, you know you can vomit in your sleep even with just alcohol I have a lot of friends who have been had it. That’s why am also vomit everytime I get drunks even if I don’t want to always vomit before sleep.

The thing that astonished me was that your 7OH was laced , how did you know did you get it tested ? If you’re in the US how it’s even possible given that it’s legally been sold at smoke shops. I’m from Europe and I buy 7 for websites and I’m always a little scared if it’s laced with something.

I made a thread about it awhile ago under a different account. I knew it was laced immediately from previous experiences with xylazine laced dope. The profound ataxia caused by xylazine/medetomamine is unmistakable, think ketamine without the mental high.

My suspicion turned out to be true after reaching out to a local HR org called Queen City Harm Reduction. I passed a sample to them. Never looked up if they post GCMS results but they sent me a text saying medetomamine was detected in a headshop brand that was called Flash (not to be confused with Loud, they have similar packaging). I originally thought it was xylazine.

The vape shop also gave me a $20 gift card for reporting it to them.
