Opioids Hydromorphone (Dilaudid)

Hi all,

I just got a hold of 20 2mg dilaudid pills and a 30ml bottle of 20mg/ml morphine liquid. I also have some Oxy 10s and 30s (real IR pills, not fake).

How would you recommend dosing? I usually just use the oxys to maintain a slight buzz and my pain as well during day at 25-30mg per dose once every 6 hours and also take 1mg alprazolam once every 12 hours.

I have only had IV dilaudid in the hospital and it was the best feeling ever. I haven’t had morphine since i was a kid and i have 1ml and 5ml oral syringes for the morphine liquid. Still trying to figure out if I should bum the hydromorphone or snort it with some oxy, since I heard the oral bioavailability of hydromorph is terrible.

Will snorting work better than oral Hydromorph? If so, how should i dose it out and what would it be equal to if I have had 1mg and 2mg IV hydromorph in hospital and the 2mg got me pretty high.

Looking to have a good time on the weekends, not do this every day. Would appreciate any insight on the dosing of all 3 and the best combination. I have almost zero experience with morphine as well. How does it compare to oxy oral IR tablets for the high and the dosing equivalence?

Also i have never put anything up my bum and dont know if i should even go that route, im worried i’d just shit out the liquid immediately and waste it, so knowing how to do it and how long i have to lay down on my stomach and hold it in would be very helpful info!

Snorting wont give you that rush that IV in the hospital does. However it will last longer. Do not start IVing dilly though i went to opiate purgatory cause of that shit. How i wish 2mg's of IV hydromorpone would do anything for me . Real tears lol. I was once injecting 3 18mg hydromorph contins at once multiple times a day. So ya dont start iving that shit lol

But intranasal bioavilability is about 50% maybe abit lower imo. Boofing it may be higher but i only do that with suppositories made to do that like morphine suppositories

oh i definitely would never IV any pills. i only do IV when administered in hospital lol i dont think i’d ever come back from that if i started doing IV myself.

What about the liquid morphine? Is that better than pills or is it the same? Says i can use it sublingually or just orally. Also, is intranasal bioavailability of hydromorph the same as oral or is it better or worse? I dont necessarily need the rush that i got IV in hospital, but i would like to get high from it at least. I had a buddy recommend snorting 2mg hydromorph with 15-20mg oxy together. He said that did a pretty good job.

Also, I have no experience boofing so I have no idea how to do it or if it’s safe or not. I heard the bioavailability of boofing it is 80% or so, so definitely the best option, but i’d rather not mess my health up if it’s unsafe.

Boofing the liquid morphine is the way to go IMO. Id experiment doing the same with the dilly's. Take it slow and spread them out.

Why is boofing preffered? Does it provide a rush of some sort? Oral morphine isnt insanely effective but i heard if you take a lot it is, as is any drug.

Do you have instructions on how to do this? I feel so odd asking this but i want to be as safe as possible and also not waste the drug by potentially sh*tting out the liquid morph before it hits my system.

I heard with the dillys, you just put em in warm water and let em dissolve and then you use an oral syringe to do the same thing id be doing when boofing the liquid morph, i just dont know the correct procedure for boofing lol. Not sure if this is the right place to ask, so please direct me to a sub with instructions if possible, but if you could answer here too, that would be greatly appreciated!
