Meth What's used to add flavoring to meth?

I've only smoked the stuff a handful of times, not my thing. But out of the couple times their was green colored big shards that tasted like green apple, and blue ones that was blue raspberry.
Big flavored shards not powder.

What type of flavoring/chemical would be added to the washing/recrystallization process to achieve this?

It's always bothered me and I want to find out lol...

While not uncommon in Indonesia and to a lesser extent surrounding counties, I’d always associated meth tainted with vape juice flavor concentrates to be something of an Asia-centric phenomenon. The flavor compound is mostly from a family of α-diketones, such as Acetylpropionyl and sweetened with Acetoin. They’re added when meth is cut with MSM, entrapped as the acetone is flashed off. It’s technically creation of a solidified platelet not recrystallization. The platelet mass is bokken up on the drying tray Breaking Bad style to make it appear like shards.
