At our new house we have these sage bushes that have a sort of purple looking flower all over them, that are growing very well and loving the hot, dry weather this summer.

And there is a swarm, I mean like a dozen humming birds that love the hell out of these bushes and are going to town pollinating them. They’re real brave and they fly right up next to you and sound like large bugs. They even sit on a branch and just stare at you for a few seconds. Their necks are so long, longer than I expected. And they’re so darn cute!

It really brings joy to my heart, just sitting outside watching them hover and bicker and chirp up a storm as they make our sage bushes even healthier. We plan to plant several more of these bushes next year since they survived the heat while most everything else died off. And from what I understand, humming birds return to locations they know to have what they like, so I hope that I’ll get to watch this same little flock come and visit us year after year.

I also found a vinyl copy of Days of Future Passed today at a used media store for only ten bucks, and it was an original 1967 printing in decent shape.

One of my favorite albums of all time, for sure.

I stand by what I wrote about your spiralling accusations.

I had HPPD following a single high dose LSD experience about 23 years ago. For years i would like at a blue sky and it would look like it was covered in plastic wrap. I would also see tracers all the time. It never bothered me. I continued to trip, and one day after i would say at least 7 years, i noticed these effects were essentially gone.

I would suggest that perhaps your mental health may need more time to fully recover.
