If you have the luxury and are already have your mind set on taking benzos for a stim crash, I'd suggest the following:

1. A mostly anxiety-alleviating agent for the hours of the comedown when the drug is still active, you're feeling the crash, but are still a while away from being able to sleep. Most benzos will do for this; alprazolam, etizolam, lorazepam, clonazepam are excellent.
2. Then, when you've gone a few rounds with your stim comedown and are looking to go down for the count, sedative, hypnotic benzos. Temazepam, nitrazepam, flunitrazepam, midazolam, whatever you got. Zolpidem is fine too.

Dude, you could hardly ask for a better selection. Take the lorazepam as soon as you feel the comedown coming on, and then dose the triazolam or midazolam 30 minutes before you wanna sleep.

Oh and shit, I spaced out on this, and hope that you either ate the midazolam if you took it, or then did some research. Midazolam comes as the maleate salt, and it IS water-soluble... once the water pH gets to about a 4. Or that's when it starts to be.
That's pretty acidic stuff to be shooting up. If your water is neutral (or like tap water, slightly basic) then you will need to drop its pH by quite a bit by adding some acid, like vitamin C. But you need to be pretty sure about how much - you need pH 5 to get one milligram per mL of water, pH 6 to get like 3-4mg and like pH 3.5 to get around 10mg. So if you've got a normal rig of 1-2,5mL, you're gonna need to make that solution pretty acidic. And you're gonna wanna get the pH right, as in measure it - undercook it, and you'll risk not dissolving enough. Make it too acidic, and that'll do a number on your veins and hurt like a motherfucker.

The less you're shooting up, the less acidic you also need to make it, obviously. You may not need to shoot and entire 15mg pill. Midazolam has like a 50% oral BA, give or take. To induce anesthesia in hospitals using midazolam, they give you like 0.15-0.40mg per kilogram of midazolam IV. Still, if you prepare it properly and experience water-soluble midazolam, it will be one of the more unpleasant experiences you have encountered.

But don't take that as any indication that you should inject them in any case - benzos don't really benefit from IV administration the same way most drugs do, with a strong rush. Just saying that if you're gonna, make sure they're water-soluble with a very big but.

If you have zolpidem, midazolam and triazolam, take your pick. All are fast-acting and short-acting and good hypnotics (and pretty little else). Zolpidem has more potential for weird shit to happen if you take too much (weird delirium-style hallucinating and confusion, most of which you will forget), midazolam and triazolam are more forgiving to taking two or three provided you have the tolerance (if you don't, you can end up acting the fool as well). Midazolam and triazolam are limitedly more useful in that they're also kinda anxiolytic, and have the other therapeutic effects of benzos, but they're not super practical to be used in that regard.

If you're feeling shitty physically, I would edge towards the benzos. If it's just mental, and you simply can't be at rest and fall asleep yet, zolpidem is fine as well.

I will not inject it

I only use it to sleep after stim use

i would say bromazolam but ya can go to sleep and forget ya slill have a bag left. nice wake up but it dulls it. take about 2 hrs before ya plan to stop using stims. lol

Bromazolam is the worst benzo out there imo!

Cant beat good old diazepam but I’ve been getting again Etizolam recently and WOW, it’s back with a bang. Shorter half life than Alprazolam with a similar onset. They are one of the rare benzos that have that distinct hint of euphoria - and I’ve been taking benzos pretty much everyday for 8 years!

I like to put my diazepam under tongue. Love the taste of them, they kick it just as quick as alpraz for me.
