so i inject in my elbow veins, i switch between both exclusively. i’m wanting to switch up my injection sites to reduce damage to my veins from over using them. i know the safest place is the arms but the thing is the veins in my forearm are invisible, i can’t find them and if i manage to find it, when injecting i can’t get the draw back of blood so it’s not in the vein. i don’t know the anatomy so i don’t know if i need to go deeper, less deep, a flatter angle or what. i want to try my hands too but the veins are so small its the same problem, i dont know the angle or how deep i should go. (i use the small insulin needles)
does anyone have any videos, links or resources to show me how to inject other places besides my elbow crease? because when i do my elbow i go deep and i don’t know if i should apply the same tactic with other areas with smaller veins. so any resource would be so helpful! or even tips from users if you are able to explain the process and best way to do it. i just really don’t want to damage my veins and i’m bruising from trying to find veins other places so i want to avoid any track marks
