Anyone know anything about adb-butinaca? Just looking at some of the effects "high blood pressure, severe agitation, confusion and death".

I'm obviously joking, and would give it the widest of berths.

At least with the original pre-ban canabinoids, there was a lot of info, threads, and detailed user discussion and experience regarding all the different 'alphabet noids'. So you could at least make semi-informed choices.

That kind of info seems really scant on any newer 'noids? Save what you've been able to discover yourself.

But even buying what were supposed to be the tamest and most relaxing of 'noids, back in the day, still sent my mind racing with thoughts like wild horses.

I think they were / are extremely strong, but I also think that I was hypersensitive to them. The only time I ever enjoyed them was in combination with GBL.

That really was an excellent combo. All anxiety was obliterated, no racing thoughts, and my mind was clear and free to enjoy the semi-psychedelic music listening experience that these 'noids added, as probably their main positive effect, in that context, ime..

I've just received some genuine, non synthetic weed. The Rainbow Bud strain. It's getting some excellent reviews, and I'm looking forward to trying it.

I've taken some pregabs, Elikem diazepam, yellow vein kratom, and hope the weed will top things off nicely.

I'll do some sublingual CBD drops first though too. You can never have enough CBD in or with weed, IMO, unless you take so much in knocks you clean out, of course.:rolleyes:

One report says a user presented at hospital making "loud gutteral moans"

Apparantly its such a strong agonist at CB1 it stops weed from working properly for a while.
 
I can't see any possible reason to try this, unless it allows you to pass weed tests for work, or if you get stopped by the police etc.

But with it being a strong CB1 agonist I'm not sure if it would?

Rainbow Bud seems very promising btw, perhaps one of the strains that works best with my brain chemistry so far. Everything seems quite fleeting and elusive though, for a moment, I catch an amazing euphoric high, but the instant I become aware of that, or try to focus on it, or 'force it' and it vanishes! Same with listening to music, it can sound awesome, but the same thing happens as soon as I become aware and try to force it.

I'm not sure how to get round this. Probably just try to forget about having taken weed, and just try to focus entirely on whatever activity I'm doing at the time instead?

Thats what Im trying to weigh up. Im leaning towards thinking its not worth it. The high is thc-like maybe a bit more physically unsteady.
 
Came round to being a big fan of this - its the only alternative to thc for activating the CB1 receptor - which has a lot of value for anxiety, various motor control things. The CB1 receptor has a massive effect on how your brain works.

Forget the scare stories its just a very gentle mood alterant - you'd have to be one profoundly silly bastard to hurt yourself with it.
 
Yeah it is, but if someone bumps into you in a car and the cops drug test you thats your driving days over.

Not sure if you would get away with that - the insurance company would ask you why you didnt tell them you were driving on pot - more than likely refuse to pay your insurance claim. You think any insurance company would offer you cover if you had a cannabis prescription?
 
I have a friend and former colleague who"s diagnosed with ADHD and uses THC / CBD. It's weird because prior to his diagnosis, he was a guy who'd drink a maximum of four pints.
 
Ask him if hes told his driving insurance about it?

I think I could get a prescription for thc - its just not telling the insurance company - Im certain they would want a massively higher premium or just refuse to payout when you had an accident.

Judging by that 'd guess that IF you caused a RTC and tested positive for cannabis, then it wouldn't automatically mean you'd be in the deepest shit. It would mainly depend on the levels of THC they tested and detected, if the above is correct.

I'd imagine you'd also have to go through the usual roadside tests; walking in a straight line heel to heel, balancing on one leg etc.

The police will possibly have some new cognitive impairment / reaction speed type tests too I'd imagine, in addition to testing for physical impairment, now that things have become far from cut and dried when it comes to driving UTI of cannabis.

Possibly get a great lawyer and they'd get you off, even if the police contested impairment?

Personally I wouldn't drive after smoking weed as I would feel impaired, but I wouldnt feel too impaired to drive after taking benzos, within therapeutic dose ranges, as considered acceptable by Drs guidelines. And that's what the DVLA goes off too, you can drive whilst using benzos, if they are taken as directed by your Dr.

I know benzos are totally different, but it highlights how relatively nuanced things are becoming.

Yeah thats the police aspect of it - maybe you've an out, but what about the insurance company? They'll just say why didnt you tell us you were on dope and refuse to pay out.

Yeah you'd have to disclose as they would do exactly that otherwise, if you claimed for an accident and hadn't informed them.

Maybe get some quotes declaring use of medical cannabis, using a fake name, so that it's not tied to you online, if you don't go ahead with any of this.

The premiums may not be all that bad. Although some companies may completely decline to offer insurance.

No way of knowing for sure. unless you look into it further. Apart from searching other people's experiences on the Red chat place. No doubt the subject will have been covered.
