Stimulants What would you say is one step above caffeine

Nicotine?

Ephedrine?

Diet pills of some sort probably they made a whole plethora of em and I havent messed with any so I am not your guy but I am thinkin in that direction as alot of them "speed things up" is the general premise

I find pregabalin stimulating too but a horrible suggestion!?? lol for me is like a ritalin and 3 shots of whiskey or something

I find very low dose kratom to be a nice little perky thing, like 1/4 tsp ( approximately .6g I believe, depending on your batch ) Actually, together with coffee is ideal.
Of course the stimulation goes up some when you increase that dose ( though with a very definite ceiling) as do the opioid effects, but the stimulating part of kratom always seems mild. OP seemed to be talking about a mild stimulate effect and low dose keeps it pretty mild, very coffee like for me. But if you take kratom regularly, that mild dose level gets pretty well screwed up.
I've worked at lowering my kratom usage and I've gotten back down to where a 1/4 tsp actually works mildly. Ymmv

I would say “low dose methylphenidate”. Pseudo-ephedrine could be mentioned too, but that is a wolf in a sheep skin. It gives only a mild high, but I do actually think the most pleasurable highs I have had have been on pseudo-ephedrine. It also builds tolerance much more slowly than methylphenidate and amphetamines. However, no other drug has caused so much havoc to my heart. After having used pseudo-ephedrine regularly for one year I was not able to touch any stimulants for the next 10 years. Methylphenidate gives me a higher BP but no crazy palpitations. Low dose vyvanse barely raises my BP at all and does not give me palpitations. Nicotine is an excellent amplifier of all stimulants, ranging from coffee to amphetamines. Unfortunately it is also much more addictive, and I suspect it can also amplify stimulant addiction. Nicotine chewing gum does in some ways give me a better stimulant amplification than cigarettes. Cleaner, longer lasting. But that probably means that BP elevation last longer too. So far I have yet to experience the same kind of withdrawal symptoms from chewing gum as I experienced from cigarettes. Either that is about ROA, or it’s because, as has been speculated here on Bluelight, cigarettes also contain serotonin-releasing agents.

As for panic attacks on stimulants: I get them frequently on methylphenidate, never on amphetamines, and very seldom on pseudoephedrine. But the few panic attacks I have had on pseudoephedrine have been very bad, almost as bad as cannabis. All of this is of course totally subjective and may be different for a different person.

The way I see it, for stronger stimulants (ie amphetamines) it is possible to take higher doses in order to get a stronger high. For caffeine that simply doesn’t work. For methylphenidate and pseudoephedrine the side effects make it unbearable to try this.
