Dhc 30mg

Haha no problem. Yeah I get 84x 30mg tablets per week. I usually get to a point where it's no where near enough and detox off them for 2 or 3 weeks. Then go back as the pain gets unbearable. In those few weeks I rely on vodka and benzos a lot.

10 years or so in the uk i believe you could do an online consultation from a reputable website and they would send it to your local pharmacy but they changed the law
They even had a famous TV doctor who advertised the website

I could only get 100 a month but used them for over 2 years
Terrible things to come off of
Only time I get nowadays is for a genuine reason like dislocating my elbow

I come off of them about every other month. A good few times a year at least. It’s a pain but needs must.
Hopefully not dislocating elbows too often…🤔🤣

No it's a sore one ,never broke my arm before but I imagine the pain is similar

I'm looking for advice on whether it's okay to take tramadol and dihyrocodeine together? I currently take dihyrdocodeine daily and have done for most of my life for idiopathic pain I was born with, and also for horrible back pain.
My Dr surgery is often useless because if I get a new Dr I tend to get limited on my dihyrdocodeine for a while.
I was recently given a box of 50mg Tramadol and figured I could maybe use that to supplement my DHC but when I asked ai it about had a stroke.

I'm currently on 420mg DHC per dose, 2 to 3 times daily.
I've also never taken Tramadol before.

I presume you’ve been using that level of Dhc dose for a while, I’d try and keep the tramadol as low as you can, but I know people who have combined the two, amongst other drugs, and have been doing so for many years.

Yeah been on it for years. I’m going to stagger the doses initially and see how I get on.

I used it for 18 months or so and it was really uncomfortable for the first 3 days stopping cold turkey but can't remember there being any issues after that ,although I was using kratom daily so that would have helped

Morphine to Oxycodone ratio = 1.5:1
(Oral route)

So, 1mg Oxycodone = 1.5mg Morphine

You have controlled release tablets. You will treat these simply as if you are taking the total dose divided in half and separated by 4-6 hours. In short, the dose is cut in half but extended x2.

Oxycodone is often touted as a less-sedating, even stimulating experience relative to the heavy sensation Morphine tends to produce. There is generally less pruritus, nausea and/or visible signs of intoxication, though these differences are subtle and only become obvious as your experience grows.

Tramadol requires 2D6 to be rendered into 0-desmethyltramadol, the drug responsible for the majority of effects. As Codeine is demethylated to Morphine, they are similar in effects with essentially equipment oral potency between Tramadol and Codeine.

I don't see the immediate logic in prescribing both of these. It just strikes me as confusing to the patient with little benefit.

Tramadol has SNRI effects that, for some, help moderate their pain. Honestly, I think Tramadol is stupid. We have similar potency Opioids that do not provoke seizures at therapeutic doses. Then again, I didn't go to medical school. That is why I am able to answer questions in a practical, non-condescending manner.

If you are disappointed in our medical system here in the states, hold that thought. I have been working as a pharm sales rep and the greed, lack of knowledge and the morally bankrupt philosophy is likely 10x worse than you are imagining.

Why am I selling peptides of a dubious nature to a pediatrician at a general practice? Parents are told it will make their kids super heros by influencers. You expect doctors will point out the insanity. I have conversations with office staff that amount to nothing more than "tell me how to bullshit my clients".

Everyone is on the fucking not-fat medication. Exercise, THE medication for all ills.... fuck that, we wouldnt want you getting up off your ass from the same screen that hooked you and caused you to forget about real life.

It is honestly a moment of utter embarrassment for my species. Obesity is not a medical mystery. Exercise is positive, mentally, physically.... not enoight time in the day. We can't ask you to sacrifice 25 minutes of your usual 5 hour doom scrolling.

As usual, doctors prove themselves to be totally devoid of human decency. I swear to God, there is just as much evil in a doctor's office as there is at rhe corporate lawyer's office.

My wife is in pain with tennis elbow awaiting an operation, 6 weeks from whenever they send a letter with could be another 6 weeks
She has no red flags ,only ever tried half a joint
Doctor prescribed her amatriptyline?
Fortunately we still had some dhc and tramadol left in house
Well hidden from me obviously 🙄

I'm ashamed to say I know all her hiding places so now they are hidden somewhere I could never find
There has been times when she has went to take some codeine or dhc for a genuine reason and I've had to own up to eating them all
I mean that's bad

In that case she's probably eaten them, mate.

Probably something to do with your second point there, though, eh? It's not great but it's not that bad either. Nicking cash out her purse to go GG is way worse. Which I'm sure you wouldn't do.

Next time just ask. She's might tell you to fuck off but still better that way.
