Benzos Best benzo after stim for sleep

Imo 1mg Etizolam equals 0.5 Alprazolam minus the minus and with added plusses.

Wel maybe it is a few 0.X Etizolam more or less, but about equal at 1 vs 0.5.
But Etizolam the better of the 2, by long shot not the taste only.

If you have test strips, you can test them (or you can send them into a lab to be tested depending on where you are), otherwise you just have to try one. Sometimes you can tell from taste as most often I get sugar pills. But then sometimes I get fake pills with a bitter taste and something that almost burns my mouth but doesn’t have any effect, even if I take six pills all at once. So far, I have not gotten any fake benzo pills with enough active ingredient to have any effect.
 
Diazepam (Valium) 10mg tablets X 3
Alprazolam (Xanax) 0.5mg tablets X 2

Empty stomach, crush tablets in same glass add hot water to dissolve, add OJ and little cool water, drink, drink more water……30-45min onset creeping in / 1h should feel powerful muscle relaxation, anxiolytic and sedative effects….any tension from stims should melt away quickly and feel great for relaxing and sleep

That seems like so much to me. Once I took 6 mg of clonazepam after doing meth and it was WAY too much, totally wasteful and I blacked out.

I definitely would NOT advise someone who has never taken benzos before to start such high doses or to combine multiple benzos.
 
For some ya…..,for a 240 lbs / 6’ man with a tolerance ….thats a suitable therapeutic dose (with a little Oumph) lol

Oh, forgot also you can use just Clonidine 0.1mg tablets …one an hour prior to bed….very robust anxiolytic & sedative properties. Lowering BP & HR. Reducing norepinephrine in the CNS …..VERY calming and relaxing

In a bind study with naive subjects…..they’d all believe they were given Valium 10mg ….in reality it was a Clonidine 0.1mg tablet. Simply amazing drug. Absolutely staple to have in one’s inventory.

Well damn I have fallen asleep unintentionally 3 f**king times today! Initially after a 2mg dose, then 1x 1x doses many hours in between.

So if you can't get sleep from something close to that you need to be looking elsewhere.
 
I got my hands on triazolam
But yesterday i took 1.5 pill of 0.250mcg and took almost 80 min to fall sleep

I thoughd is was really fast acting
First time 1 pill was not enough while i read ist so strong, whats a normal dosws after stims

Normaly 2mg etizolam works as a champ for years but cant find a source anymore

Pregabalin 300mg potent anxiolytic & anticonvulsant
Lorazepam 1-2mg Potent anxiolytic & sedative
Clonidine 0.1mg - potent anxiolytic and sedative lowering BP & HR

Valium 30mg
Ativan 1mg
Lyrica 300mg
Etizolam 0.5-1mg

The ultimate oral cocktail after a heavy stimulant use…….for my tolerance and use

IME, regular ole Xanax has always been great in this scenario.

Last time i took 1mg xanax i felt nothing

Its not a public source just a person 1 know
 
All of them on the list will give you unbroken sleep but all will help after stims
And sleep is a godsend recovering from stims
Without stims I found clonozapam would keep me sleeping the longest and pretty easy to get back to sleep if I woke in middle of the night
Valium for some reason wakes me super early ,like 4.30 wide awake and ready to do shit in a good mood
Xanax just knocked me out instantly for a few hours
60mg temazepam and I would sleep through my alarm but most of the ones I see now are just 10mg tablets ,loved the lingering next day feeling of temazepam, always felt like the marshmallow man from ghostbusters
Probably tried bromazolam without knowing but can't comment

Couldn't keep that shit up for long

Cronazepam i never try i thouhgd it was not good for sleep and has a very long half life

Oh ok. I take one 30mg capsule. I use to get two 15s, but insurance made my doctor pick one mg and didn't want to cover 60 of them ( go figure right lol) a month. I used just about all of them at some point, and found success on some level

Tbh none of them are ,100% they will drop you off to sleep very quickly ,maybe for someone with no tolerance they will sleep right through till late morning or afternoon .I've no real experience with z drugs but I think you can set your watch to them regarding unbroken sleep ,
Someone who takes them regularly on bl will probably correct me

It does have a long half life but in my opinion beats most benzos (I've tried) hands down
A 2mg dose lasts longer than a 10mg dose of valium although valium has longer half life but if you are only using them for sleep after stims half life is irrelevant
It does give you a slight groggy feeling in morning but that's when I just took another 2mg then I was normal again
If stims have been taken the night before dosnt really matter what you take you are still going to have a stim hangover
