Meth 30 days clean off meth, relapsed 6 days. Drug test in 5 days

So I was a regular user of meth for over 2 years and went to jail for 30 days. When I got out I've done very little but every day so far for the last 5 days. I report to probation for the first time in 5 days then have my A&D assessment in 7. This will be my baseline test I know but I'm not sure how much if anything would have still been in my system after the 30 sober? And I snort it, maybe .01 a day now. Should I stop 3 days or 5 before testing? Thanks

When I was at the methadone clinic years ago, they would test us weekly. And as long as I had 3 solid days clean before testing, I’d be straight.

If You are a regular meth user, like myself , expect it to be in your urine for at least 7 straight days maybe even more. It's a sticky drug with an extremely long half life
