i fucking love food.

but I wonder what the perfect meal would look like if drugs were included on the menu. how would you get the most from the food by using drugs? what drugs pair well with what food? what drugs enhance the flavour of food? what drugs enhance the eating of food?

help me design the perfect menu, then i will cook it, and eat it, and provide a trip report.

(i don't do opiates, meth, crack, but suggest it for others if that's there bag.)

current ideas:-
- gin martini with 1000mg soma, maybe chased down with a large bump of 2c-b
- starter dunno
- main steak is the obvious choice, good red wine (I would like a lude here but no fucking chance),
- I think ketamine might pair well with a sorbet
- maybe some stronger psychedelics to connect with the food?
- pudding while being hit hard by kpins and weed
- fine Cognac, a cigar, and a fat line of double washed coke

I think timing of this will need to be controlled so the right drug is taken at the right time to have the right effect with the food.

I like to cook and eat over a long period so doing this over 4 hours is sensible.

weed infused olive oil to cook with/drizzle is a good idea.

cooked magic mushrooms could work though a quick search and 100C will start to breakdown Psilocybin, so I wonder if a lower temp might work. question is which of the different strains of magic mushrooms taste the best?!

that is a good question, raw they definitely taste like shit though

i just had a marvelous idea, while i'd like to stay on HR rules by saying i think its a terrible choice to consume cocaine, but if someone does i'd say its almost mandatory to put the coca back in coca cola. Cokes terribly unhealthy though (but so is cola ig)

I have already looked at making coca cola in the past, there are lots of recipes out there.

think it's easier to just use 1 of those then add in some cocaine, too hard to source coca leaves, certainly 1 to add to the to do list.

I wonder if just taking off the shelf coca cola and adding cocaine is viable, the main issue here for me IIRC is that apart for 1 production center in the US all coca cola uses corn syrup rather than cane sugar. Not sure if that's true globally or not though.

Can't think of a single drug that I think would enhance food taste-wise in and of itself. Well, apart from sugar that is (which is extremely drug-like in multiple ways). Just looking at post above well, mushrooms taste disgusting (to me) as does opium (I remember someone describing the taste as 'two trees fucking', and while idk what that actually tastes like (the two trees fucking part that is, I know what opium tastes like) like I could imagine that it's an accurate description somehow!

Using cannabis enhances all food though imo, and fruit (berries and pears in particular imo) taste incredible on the tail-end of an lsd or shroom trip. Think using certain opiates can also enhance taste too, in my experience. Oxycodone and opium latex in particular, oral morphine and vaped heroin less so, again purely imo/ime. Opiates and coffee can also be a wonderful mix.

I did think about this the issue is the time for it to take effect, and I think weed can be 1 of the things where the psychoactive effects are a candidate for enhancing the taste of the food. So maybe it's a a nice smoke beforehand.

Yeah I think it's more psychoactive effect that might enhance.

the fruit on a trip is interesting to note! though doing LSD is a bit long for dinner, is fruit good on 2C-B?

haha, nope! it is not, most coke outside the US is made with classical sugar, they have it a little bad in the states. Sugar cane coke should be known as Mexican coke in the US i think

that's interesting to know, I don't drink the stuff so never looked, the US fact was included in 1 of the make your own videos on youtube
