Nikolai Fedorov identified the three political systems: Don't forget, the serf living in a Communist dictatorship, a Fascist dictatorship or even a Monarchy is unlikely to see any difference. The fact the group is valued over the individual is the shared point.

1. Non-Fraternity (Nesrabratstvo)

The Concept: The current fallen state of the world.
Characteristics: Humanity is fractured by individualism, capitalism, and social classes. People are hyper-focused on progress, which Fedorov defined as the young replacing, forgetting, and burying the old. In this state, humans treat nature as an enemy to be exploited rather than managed.

Artificial Fraternity (Psevdo-bratstvo)

The Concept: Forced political unities, most notably found in state socialism, communism, and institutionalized state religions.
Characteristics: Societies that attempt to mandate brotherhood by political force or rigid, authoritarian hierarchy. Fedorov rejected these systems because they suppress true spiritual freedom and substitute genuine love for ancestors with state-mandated legal frameworks or empty dogmatic rituals.

True Supramoralism / Psychocracy (Psykhokratiya)
The Concept: The final, perfect state of human organization under the Common Task.
Characteristics: A utopian community where politics and coercive government completely disappear, replaced by total, voluntary kinship. Society is structured around a "museum-church" model. Technology is universally deployed, including human thought and action. To collaboratively control the weather, end scarcity, colonize space, and physically reconstruct deceased ancestors.

I feel it also germaine to mention that he identified the fact that IF Russia continued as a Christian nation, it would become the most brutal, monastic and negative form in which fear, sin and mortality are the three pillars. He went on to note that IF Russia became agonistic, it would be aggressively agnostic with an idiology simply replacing a faith. He specifically identifies:

Invitationists: Those who try to appeal to people's self-interest or invite them into voluntary cooperation (akin to liberal or capitalist frameworks).
Suasists: True communists or socialists who believe human unity and equality should be achieved naturally through peaceful persuasion, shared moral values, and mutual education
Compulsionists: Those who use state power, laws, and physical force to coerce people into a collective system.

He then goes on to demonstate that using the Russian Orthadox Church as a template, the Russian culture having a maximalist outlook would ensure the latter would not be just likely but certainty.

Put simply, Russian culture demands heaven on earth or total destruction.

As an example, the maximalist way of acquiring resources:

1-By force with the purpose of not merely taking the asset but destroying all others who seek to acquire the resource. To TERRIFY.
2-By theft which if possible should ensure the thief is known and feared. To TERRIFY.
3-If options 1 & 2 are impossible, destroy the resource so none may make use of the resource and thus become stronger. The purpose of the destruction? To TERRIFY..

His collected writings were only published after his death in 1903 but there have been many 20th century Russian philosophers who have repeatedly noted that for whatever reasons, Russian culture is based on maximalism. Take more than you need not to use, not even to sell, but to deprive others. To TERRIFY.

Sounds like current leadership, or maybe not more like white Christians throughout history. Native Americans, the Crusades, why do the predominately white race try to make minorities in their image? Christian missionaries travel the world to convert indigenous and culturally different people to be like them? Again I point out Native Americans, they lost everything because the White tried to make them themselves, such a loss.

I just don't understand. Limited Welfare Government and then trade jobs and whatever fan base you can muster. We're already on the way to a limited welfare government with all the robots.*

*Edit Limited Government, that has welfare for a large number of people.

I'm sure everyone has seen that movie trope where a KGB officer will describe people from democratic nations as 'bourgeois' but the transliteration is more like 'philistines' i.e. anyone who does not exactly mirror the Russian extreme authoritarian system is by definition just wrong. By bourgeois what is meant is moderate - something incompatible with maximalism.

I think it's also important to note that for centuries Russians have been told that they are exceptional. Specifically that only pure Slavic Russsians have the unique attribute of смекалка (Smekalka). This may be translated in many ways from 'savvy' to 'resourcefulness', 'ingenuity' or quick witted. 'Savvy' may be a better approximation. Simply an ability only they possess which makes them inherently superior to all other races. That with just out-of-the-box thinking Russians are ALWAYS able to solve ANY problem.

The problem is that so many of them believe it.

The irony is that versions of the word are common to many Slavic languages and equivelent terms exist in romance languages, germanic languages and asian languages, it's just that if you live in a system where most things just work, the term isn't anywhere nearly as common as you don't need to constantly solve problems due to failings in the system.

Is it smekalka to use low-octate high-sulfur gasoline which destroys modern engines? It solves the problem for today but at a vast cost to the future. ECUs record pre-detonation so even if it's a brand new car under warrently, that warrently will not cover the damage because the wrong fuel was used for long periods. Modern ECUs sort of have a back-stop so if one tank of bad fuel is used, the engine can deal with it, but not for long.

Is it smekalka to force commercial banks to loan arms manufacturers money that vastly outstrips the assets of that company? Right now 11 Russian commercial banks are insolvent and are trading illegally but the money they 'loaned' was the savings of Russian citizens. When banks collapse Russian citizens are forced to take the loss.

Likewise is it smekalka to force commercial banks to buy Russian government bonds paid for with the savings of Russian citizens? The fact the bonds are to be paid in Chinese ¥ and it's not clear if and how Russia could obtain so much Chinese currency. So once again it's everyday Russian citizens who lose out. I sense that China is now so influential that soon the ¥ will become the de facto currency. The US $ was and is used in many nations and look at the power that gives the USA.

But in each case smekalka isn't solving a problem, it's a short-term solution that pays absolutely no heed of the long-term damage.

I do recommend the philosopher and if you wish to read a novel (a roman-à-clef) about late 19th centry Russia,The Brothers Karamazov is an immensly influential book in which Dostoevsky uses the relationships within a family to show the relationships between different parts of a totalitarian state operate.

I will conclude by simply noting that for a thousand years the vast majority of Russians were lied to as a matter of principle. No free media, the 'direct measures' unit of the FSB has worked out that it's hard to maintain a single false narrative for long so the goal isn't to tell one lie but to offer dozens of often mutually exclusive narratives to the point where the Russian people have no trust in the media. So they really don't know what's really happening.

I would never make a lazy stereotype of stating all Russians are maximalists but when consumer goods became available, I don't think ANY importer could quite believe just how much stuff Russians will buy just to own. These are generally not wealthy people and yet right now each adult has an average of three debts to service excluding morgages. Because if you hold someone's debt, that's an ASSET. That debt could be sold and likely will be sold to Chinese banks.

Regardless of what's going on in Ukraine, I think we need to start thinking of what the world will look like when China (large population but few resources) owns Russia (small population but lots of resources). Because I really have no idea what it will look like. But the unified nation of Crushia could be with use sooner than we think.

And this is related to 'Accelerationist' theory in what way?

The first to begin with this idea were The Cybernetic Culture Research Unit (CCRU, sometimes typeset Ccru) & they went mad, it then split off into many various groups from Total Race War to some strange collective / Communist-lite idea system.
