long term pain after plugging meth?

I haven't plugged in a month but am still getting sharp pains up in the anus, I've plugged for a couple years and have been getting these for a while. Anyone else experienced this?

Close the browser, put the pipe down and see a doctor. The doc is gonna have to look at your butthole and theres no way around that, so better get there early before it gets worse, hemmerroids are a dick.

Fuck this is why i love bluelight man yall are some sick freaks i love yall but damn you need to see your doc but my own professional opinion is you probably have a fissure inside your anal cavity due to the acidic meth eating a well cavity in your cavity. If thats the case you need cream, potentially antibiotics more than likely, stop fucking plugging meth and think about your life with a therapist
