Misc Qelbree Insomnia

Ok, so I am on Qelbree 100mg and I am having the worst insomnia from it…

My Psych Provider told me to take Zyprexa for the insomnia but when I went to work the next day I was very slow and I ended up taking too long on a very time sensitive task.

So what would be my best option for a sleep med??

I already tried hydroxyzine as well, and it barely worked…

Hydroxyzine never worked for me. It was too much buffer.

I just drank milk instead. At least milk has natural lithium.

Thank you for that comment because it does work .. but barley.
