IV opioids feel better than sex...like, I guess that's bad to say? I don't really care about sex, don't get the hype...like. I LIKE sex, but I'm only ever interested in pleasuring the other person (or people) and basically just do whatever they want, I really don't care about my enjoyment...or, rather, that IS my enjoyment. Don't even really care if I cum, as long as they do (ideally, more than once).
But, yeah, just personally, I prefer the rush of IV opioids to the rush of an orgasm.

I THINK love - like genuine, reciprocal love - probably feels better than either? IDK I've never felt it (that's not a "feel sorry for me" thing, please don't, it's just an unfortunate fact)
 
IV opiates indeed do feel better than sex -- sex is more memorable though. At least if you aren't buying it. Sex with someone you love definitely wins the lot...

I remember almost every time I have fucked fondly...not so much with IV opiates.

Not saying there's anything wrong with the latter, I remember having a huge thing for Catherine Zeta-Jones as a kid and this girl I was "friends" with (ie I didn't like her but tolerated her because she was so blatant about having a crush on me and I'm completely incapable of rejecting people 'cause I feel so bad) showed me a no-makeup pre-fame picture of her as like a "yeah. but this is the REAL her" and I was like "yeah...and she's just as beautiful as plain ol' Cathy Jones as she is as Catherine-Zeta"

You know what? The sad thing is that I DON'T remember every time? I remember a bunch of times waking up, naked, next to another naked person or people and assuming I fucked them.
Or just generally thinking "DID I last night" tryna fucking Agatha Christie my way into knowing.
Or, like, one time when I was homeless and asleep (read: passed out) I woke up with a bloody butt and all my money and drugs gone. Can't say I'd call THAT sex, though?
