But 65g? WFT? I cant even imagine taking 65g 0f Libs. Ive never weighed my doses, but im pretty certain that I woud have died multiple times on no more than 10g...

I've pushed mushrooms way past this, and LSD dramatically past the equipotent point of my highest mushroom doses. As far as I can tell, physiological toxicity doesn't exist in these realms but without a super trustworthy and experienced tripsitter, "behavioral toxicity" like running out of a third story window would be the risks I'd be concerned about in situations like these. I just tore my clothes off and slinked around my house on shag carpets like an inch worm, moving like the Grinch on christmas eve.

Asking my fiance "If I could cum PCP, would you suck it out of me?" during that ~5 sheets deep LSD experience was one of the funniest lines I've ever hit anyone with in my entire life, and he was just like "Yeah man, if you could make it happen!".

I once took 11.5ish mg of lsd, dropped the vial in a shot of vodka, on a dare. Needless to say, I’d had several shots already and was disinhibited. I don’t remember most of the trip, but it did give me wicked hppd. Wish I remembered more of the experience, though at no point do I recall feeling like I was in jeopardy. What is the upper limit to dosing? Surely the receptors become saturated at a certain point?

There's the 5HT2B receptor agonism which could cause heart problems. Not sure if it's highly dose dependent or rather a thing with repeated exposure. Anyway i think both frequent dosing and huge doses are reasonably avoided.

There are many reports of surviving humongous doses with no apparent damage, but then again this type of damage wouldn't be readily attributable to the cause, more likely to show up at random later on.

From what i can gather on the good old wikipedia pharmacology section, DMT seems to have a more preferable ratio of 5HT2A to 5HT2B activity than both LSD and psilocybin.

Yeah LSD is exceptionally gentle, I had a lack of memory outside of existing in a pure void with nothing but two benevolent fractals (my fiance and our homie) for like 4.5ish hours, then the trip died down by day four.

Oh for sure, a wiser move would've been to dilute it into a large amount of water with an acidic pH, a splash of ascorbic or citric acid. I was just foolish and young and wanted to see what would happen, honestly. It sure did permanently change me and affect my depression to never return with even remotely as intense of a severity as it used to. What was this impact though as far as a neurochemical/mechanical perspective? No clue.

Yeah it's definitely possible, I suppose we'll see. I was terminally ill until I was 16, chronically ill rn, couple months out of surgery #19. I'm not too worried about possible cardiac valvulopathy at this point, ngl.
