Noticed lately I tend to graze all day more than have large meals. Exception of eating places.

Also have bee sleeping either 2 x a day about 4 hours per or 3 x a day 3 hours per instead of sleeping 8 straight hours.

This was in no direct effort to improve health and just seems more natural -- is this more or less healthy?

Off the top of my head the main thing I see is that your body's natural rhythm will probably be off with the sleep like that. It's not just total hours, it's amount of deep sleep and keeping your body's clock in line with the sun

The food thing, maybe even healthy. Keeping your body grinding all day instead of turning digestion on and off repeatedly for large meals

like streaM Freak said, i feel like the sleep part is really the worst thing. sleeping in shorter more frequent instances limits the amount of REM sleep you get. and REM sleep is when your body gets the most rest. i feel a sleep schedule like that is much more likely to be disturbed tho, not being able to get one of your sleeps in cause of responsibilities or something. tho it’s better than not sleeping at all, so if you find that’s the only way for you to consistently get sleep it’s better than nothing. staying on a consistent sleep schedule matters more than exactly when you sleep. i’m a big napper myself, i nap for an hour or two most days and sleep a little less at night.

the eating isn’t necessarily bad either. it’s not necessarily grazing, but frequently eating smaller more frequent meals is recommended for people with GERD and such. puts less stress on your digestive tract, doesn’t put as much into your stomach which helps with acid reflux and digestion and stuff. intuitive eating has been shown to be largely beneficial. so long as you’re getting your nutrients if you find that grazing manages your hunger and digestion well there’s really no problem with that.

intuitive eating --- intuitive sleeping -- for better or worse.

I kind of enjoy getting two 4-6 hour periods over one 8 but I do enjoy sleeping.

Thank ya'll for the advice

Well remember you asked... This is where I say fine / good / nothing IRL lol

Rough couple of days. My local mechanic / friend from middle school's husband apparently dropped us so me and my elderly mother had to walk about 15 miles on the highway in a city just to kill time between droppin it off and coming back.

Somebody poached a pregnant deer and left it laying on the side of the road about 100 yds down from my house --- had a fawn that I am sure died. ( We did not call it in immediately as we have had many run in's with the police regarding people poaching on our property - they always side with the poachers and are clearly protecting them IMO -- When we did call in they said someone hit it in a car and it was a mercy kill that was already called in..... Yea why they throw it in reverse so I couldnt see they plates for like 1/2 a mile.....(also no reason at all to go down this road - drunk driving aside)

Older cat isn't eating great - can see his ribs and he was always a big boy. Throwing his meds up.
(Same cat the blood from detroit saw outside and said "Woahh that isnt an inside cat that thing is huge" -- Cat is coming inside eventually!) I remember sending him pics of it inside on fb - than shortly after pics of where he bit clean through my thumb. (Totally my fault for the record)

Got a call from an old friend from elementary school; thought "Oh no shit" -- Person was just lookin for a favor I dont do anymore.

Less and less money each month - working like hell to move (as we have 0 family/friends and the county has a stick up they ass about us). Feels like we can't even fuckin hire people around here so its been tough.

Than I can't seem to keep my ass awake more than 12-14 hours a day despite restless sleep/insomnia etc. -- realizing I am down to like one good meal a day or a few half meals of sorts. (mainly financial) lol flavored liquid is even a budget stressor

But I cant complain....sorry had to. I really shouldnt complain but you did ask
