This is my biggest fear. Getting stuck on fent. Currently I have pain mgmt and get 120 hydromorphone 4mg a month. But it only lasts 2 weeks. So the other 2 weeks I struggle. Then I don't want to blow the random pee tests. H back in the day was so much better. I could get away with 1 bag for the day. Now with the dilaudid it's 3 to 4 sticks a day. My inner arm veins took a beating and show scars. I haven't been to my primary care because im pretty sure they will mention the track scars. Anyway I was just reading the comments and felt like chatting. Be safe everyone.

Now I doa half-bundle (5) a day and it goes up and down according to the income I have to spare. Either go on subs (suboxone) or methadone or just quit altogether with clonidine and lorazepam so you can actually sleep....Let me know what you do, Peace Raz
Was it grey and gummy? I did some shit years ago and I hallucinated and I panicked I had no clue what the fuck was going on. First a realestate agent showed me around my own apartment then I was looking for my girlfriend and could find her then came to standing in my living room. I’m in Canada what are stamps? Do you have H where you are? I can’t even find H up here. I’m on D I get 30 8mg a day. I found some good veins on the inside of my legs. They last 2 months but they are cooked now. One day my veins in my legs were popped out a bit I could see the skin raised the way light was hitting them. I though I wonder if that’s a vein mixed a shot and bingo! It was fun while it lasted. Remember stay hydrated. Gotta drink lots of water for good veins.
What're you finding other people mostly using? I was working at Mass and Cass for a long time (2013-2024) watched Fentanyl come and the island close. Seemed like things started moving away from fetty/tranq and towards meth in recent years. They also cracked down on Mass/Cass so there are more pockets throughout the area than one central location that people congregate. I'm a clinician now, but got clean in 08 from heroin. Been a strange trip.
i find mostly meth, in providence RI there seems to be a decent crack crowd. although RI is my home state, i really hate providence so i tend to avoid it and just go all the way to boston even tho its about 2hrs from here (long drive for a guy whos state can be driven through in 40 minutes lmao). it seemed like tranq was really big there for a minute, i can remember taking the red line the day after christmas '24 to go to my boyfriends house and it was about 8am, i was about to board my train and all these folks were at park were nodded out standing up but completely bent over, forward fold yoga style if you know what i mean, there must have been about 20 or so folks like that on that morning. at that point i was only into club drugs, tranq and zines hadnt crossed my path yet. but i havent really seen anything like that in a while now. i still have a lot of friends in cambridge and somerville, it seems fetty is big over in davis sq. my dealer/friend can get pretty pure heroin, i dont really have any interest in buying it from anyone else because of the risk. i was in the hospital a few weeks ago (unrelated to my drug use) and i had told them i use h infrequently and the doctors didn't believe me, they were convinced it was fent but ive always tested my gear before using and every test i've done comes back negative for fent and zines. i dont know where my dealer gets it or whos makin it. i know they farm the onion fields so its likely from there.

It's really nice to be able to be there for people who I can relate to through the shared experience of addiction - these days I'm further from it as I mentioned, but I like to keep tabs on how things are going and what's emerging at different times. I lived near Davis for a while and my wife is an outreach worker - there was definitely a lot of fentanyl and tranq in the area last couple of years, but meth has been on the rise and contributing to some of the dysfunction.
