Papaver somniferum

Non dried? What ARE you on about, I use DRIED pods, you put them in a coffee grinder? I heard you use a razor on a ripe fresh pod and the opium oozes out which you have to scrape off. No idea how to use fresh, maybe one of those pipes

Plan on making tea out of fresh homegrown ones. Don't feel like letting them dry first. Is imagine you can make tea with fresh as easy as you could dried

I heard when it oozes out you have to let that dry. I don't know good luck. I like to use about 4 dried pods for my tea. When I feel like really getting high I just condense and condense on the stove
 
Fresh can be freeze dried using a auto defrosting fridge. No idea how long it takes got an old skool one without. A dose of random picked neighborhood Poppies was quite strong used a 'what i thought small dose' fitted in a medium coffee paper 1/3 max dried
Pods. edit: and if the Alkaloids are at there best levels, when not maturered.

Was nauseated for at least half day. So start small and patience best advice. Didnt like it inc Poppy Seed water extracted that i also tried after. Exactly the same effects. The nausea was stronger then the painkilling/ mood lifting effects. I prefer Kratom.

How can you prefer kratom, people are seriously ridiculous

Kratom can't really scratch the surface but ok

I used to make tea in my car at work and drink at my desk put in a naked juice, helps to get along with the customer

Kratom too, my preference anyway. Has a ceiling unlike full agonists but slightly better profile for sustained use. The nausea when overdone is about equal but when way shorter lasting. And the strength is better to judge/ consistent. bit more activating/ functional probably less harsh wd's. Quitting a while no problem All plusses.

One of my DOC's. I could live with a constant availability of
Cannabis/ Kratom/Khat Catha-Edulis and Kava-Kava. Last 2 illegal, the first tolerated.

Don’t make tea

Do not under any circumstances put the whole plant, root to crown in a blender with everclear or a suitable high proof drinking ethanol. Do not get the highest proof possible as this would extract the plants toxic alkaloid profile. Do not soak the blended pods and high proof ethanol for any amount of time, much less an hour, as this would more thoroughly extract those alkaloids. Do not take the blended mixture after soaking and strain it through a cheese cloth. Do not take this green ethanol solution of alkaloids and place it in a cardboard box equipped with a box fan blowing over the alkaloid mixture with an outflow vent as this would cause the mixture to evaporate off the ethanol and render your besutiful ornamental flowers into a latex, cellulose, chlorophyll, and alkaloid paste. This would be very bad to do to such beautiful ornaments for one’s garden.

These flowers are so much more beautiful when they are ornamenting than when they are a dry green paste. What a stupid way to destroy one’s ornamental poppies. But it is such an effective way to destroy them after their ornamenting that I can recommend no other way to properly destroy one’s flowers after their ornamental period. Though it may be best after this thorough and complete destruction to go one step further and incinerate them so that the toxic alkaloids trapped in that latex are not accidentally ingested. Accidental ingestion could lead to a poisoning event. Although if you do choose to incinerate the latex gum you should use a fume hood to prevent accidental ingestion through inhalation as this would also produce a poisoning event. Using a glass apparatus like a dab rig to do the destroying is also not a great idea as a dab rig is not an effective vessel for incineration given that a hit dab rig is much better for smoking than destroying safely. You must not smoke the latex as it would produce a harmful poisoning event for which you should seek immediate medical attention. In the event of any ingestion one should seek the appropriate healthcare provider. Which is why it’s so important to properly destroy one’s ornamental crop after its ornamental period.

I definitely will need to destroy. I'm an alcoholic so I don't have access to alcohol in my home. Could I possibly destroy them by putting the pods in a blender with a small amount of water to pulverize them, and then pour hot but not boiling water over them in a pour over coffee pot as to separate the toxins from the plant mater and then dispose of the toxic liquid? The. Of course throw the plant matter with the toxins removed in the trash, I figure they are safe to throw away once the toxins are removed.
 
I make poppy tea with the petals. 1-2 cupful lightly pressed, easy to get this amount if you have the double flowered varieties. Simmer with lemon juice for a short time then strain. Add some honey and it's a nice relaxing cough suppressant drink.

Plus you’re not supposed to put tek on blue light I don’t think. I’m only active on blue light. It’s my own tek. And I can do whatever the fuck I want

I am happy that kratom is good enough for you to consider it as your opioid drug of choice but i have to tell you that opioid alkaloids from kratom are potent and full agonists. I had batches I almosted overdosed on. But yes the other substances it contains make kratom one of the atypical opioids, strong but can be using for purpose of higthened motivation and energy to spend on what ever u want to do.
Codones - codeine, dihydrocodeine, oxycodone and morphines like morphine, hydromorphone and dihydromorphine are definitely more suited for relax and just being happy...But my favourites were always atypicals, mostly tramadol but kratom has earned its place in opioid world in which eveybody can find the one they like the most.
Some opioids felt more like cocaine than opioids but they were full mu-opioid agonists...they can have many effects on top of activation of opioid receptors.

I've had horrible luck with kratom as well. I've never found anything opioid-like or worthwhile from it or it's extracts. The extracts come close but it's so short lived & the prices they ask are insane. You'll be spending 100 bucks a day on extracts just to maintain it. Which is ridiculous.

And I'm some one who also enjoys the atypical opioids, especially like tramadol. I love the opioids that give me energy to get up & clean & get shit done, while also providing powerful moodlift/euphoria & even nodding (when I'm ready to nod).

Even buprenorphine feels more "enjoyable" than kratom to me. And buprenorphine sucks.
 
@WellTram Kratom energetic/ mood lift make it among max i can take. ~ 10 gram along the naussea limiting its use beyond that a safe alternative. Worked great after a dental procedure, first time i took it.

Had some experiences with Codeine and Tramadol that kinda resembles Kratom ime. While Codeine was more like a weak o-DSMT only other opioid i went re-creative with. And that is nodding territory. Itching loved it . Nice experience but bit to luxurious :unsure: good it was available only shortly.

Didnt even bother to abuse my one time prescription of Oxycodone. Worked great as prescribed. Broken collar bone. Very exceptionally considerate dr. to my surprise prescribing that.
