I have been watching the vape shop 7oh dosage arm race over the years from the start. 14mg, 15mg, 18, 20, 25, 50, then stupidly even 80, 100, now 150 pills..

Anyways I've been on and off 7oh for 4 years. Im off again now, but right before I got off I was buying packs of 150mg pills. Ironically the last day I was there the employe randomly said, "oh we just got these in, its a 300mg pack for only 15 bucks". That's cheap as hell, assumed they were bunk or sketchy or something, but bought them anyways out curiosity.

Unfortunately I don't have a pic of the package but I still have 1/4th of a pill I plan to test for confirmation. The brand was simply called "Flash". It was written in a glitter font. The cardboard display box was yellow. I believe the package was also yellow, thin aluminum like a chip bag. There were 2 flavors.

While I do not have proof yet, I know what xylazine feels like. I was having all the effects including full on ataxia, I couldn't walk, I couldn't hold objects. I was stumbling around worse than the village drunk, and this lasted well into the next day because xylazine has a long half life. I had all the symptoms I am familiar with, headache, dizziness, a weird dysphoric quality.

I am extremely tolerant to 7oh and don't even get effects from it. It definitely was not 7oh or any other kratom alkaloid.

It insane they are making 150mg pills, it is even more insane if they are putting xylazine in them now.

I posted fhis on the 7oh reddit and they deleted it because it "discusses other drugs"

I am detoxing as we speak from 7oh for the 3rd time. Its so insidious. The governor of my state has had a bill on his desk since last year which bans 7oh ans it passed by both state congress and senate.... but he hasn't signed it yet.... it needs be banned and kept as the original law as provided; only from natural source and onlu a max kd 2%

Legitimate analytical work is absolutely necessary. Although I'm not doubting your claim, it is extremely important to not jump to conclusions and incite hysteria. I would also recommend that whatever journalist you contact, if you contact one (which you should only do if chemical analysis confirms the presence of xylazine), is responsible in their reporting. If they fall into the same pitfalls that plague the vast majority of drug journalism (i.e. chasing flashy headlines while stretching the truth or in some instances sacrificing it entirely), there could be very unfortunate consequences for any kratom based products or mitragynine related compounds wherever you live, especially considering the unfortunate legislative trends in the US recently.

That aside, this is awful if true. The 'gas station pharmaceutical' industry needs some serious legislative reevaluation. Blanket prohibition does nothing to stop gas stations from selling mislabelled, poorly dosed 'mystery' products, yet legislators resort to their simple, brutish mechanisms of prohibition whenever they can. 7-oh is not a 'bad' compound (there is no such thing) and prohibition will do nothing but usher in 50 new equipotent mitragynine analogues (MGM-15 is already appearing on the grey market). It is the 'gas-station industry's' disgusting irresponsibility and greed that is the issue which must be addressed.
