I’m in Philly and there has not been any heroin in the north east since probably 2019. If you can figure out how to get a drug dealer not to cut his supply you’d be able to retire now

There’s plenty of clean heroin available, but if you can’t find it is because you’re so far down the rung that you rely on what the dude on the street puts in your bags. Try buying quantities of 5+ grams and then you’ll encounter it pretty easily (always test before you buy too).

0 for like 4 -- They seem to be able to get rid of the nites and the xyla but the fent they legitimately can't seem to manage OR figure someone driving that far is going to be desperate and accept what is put in front of them.....But I was VERY CLEAR that was not the case. There were other issues at play to be fair -- I was an 'outsider' forsure -- the guys I was getting rides with would buy more coke than I care to admit (and it was SHITE and I told them, and they told me I was wrong) so I shutup and let them enjoy they ignorant bliss.

Some chance they were hoping I was just as desperate (as those crackheads) and naive -- Plus they were not exactly diplomats or geniuses. (Ex. Once the guy didnt answer so my dumb ass ex friend decides the thing to do is DRIVE TO THE STASHHOUSE and start calling from there "Hey im parked outside the place" --- (Oh god we gunna die im thinkin as can see blinds peakin open and we stand out like a giant red flag - he called back amazingly fast...)

I would think by the third or 4th time they woulda got it -- but it wasnt like a great situation all around.

"Not knowing anyone high enough up" may apply in the sense of 'not taken seriously by anyone high up enough' --- Maybe its just the region - maybe my name carries a lack of weight - who knows, just one persons experience!

Don't get me wrong I had "Opportunities" to get in with the group better, but 1) I dont wanna spend time 7 hours away in metro to prove im down or w/e, should be simple handoff. 2) Felt very much like I was always being tested.

One more example, one time the guys were hypothetically grabbinng 5 ozs of that stuff they liked, the guy threw 4 in and my scrawny ass friend had to count em and chase the guy out of an alleyway in a very dangerous part of metro basically yelling "You shorted me one don't you go anywhere" --- The guy was like "Just a test to make sure you aint a bitch or a fed - you wouldnta said anything there woulda been a problem"

Everyone else in the car was hand on a weapon since genius took the car keys to go chase the guy down. There were offers to do things to 'move up the chain' so to speak but they directly contradicted my principles so I took a pass. (Whether that garnered me respect or made me look like a soft lil bitch in they eyes I do not know)

I really think it was just the times changed and all they got access to is fent dope / grey death. (They say) they have never had anyone pull em to the carpet with reagent tests and walk away and noone even cares but me --- I assure them that isnt true.

FTR havent spoke with these folks in about 10 yrs since my crackhead friends screwed em over and in they minds I prolly extend into that group

I have only gotten tranq dope once, which was in the past few weeks. It knocked me out, but had zero euphoric effect, so I knew exactly what it was after I woke up.

Fortunately, my guy will take back/swap out anything I get from him that I am not satisfied withh.

You are so right man. I am glad that your guys started getting normal Fent again so you can be safer. That is really grimy on the dealers part considering they still make a killing on regular Fent. It actually makes more financial sense to use normal Fent because it doesn't last that long so people will come back more frequently. Its like the Crack but of the opioid world. You are right 100%. Even if 20% of users started to not buy anything that is not Fent or real H in a month or less the supply would get safer / better. These extremely cheap, horrible chems are not worth it. I am with you on that too. I would rather just be sick that deal with tranq BS. Due to the government and prohibition, Fent doesn't look like it is going away anytime soon. However, getting rid of Tranq can be done. I hope people start to do what you did and I give you props for advocating. I am curious to see what states have what kinds and am going to be traveling to different states soon so I am considering taking the time to ask people about what the main "kind" is where they are. It appears like the supply is really diverse. What confuses me the most is there was a significantly large bust of H about 5 months ago going through New York State headed towards Canada. If this is true, then I would assume some would have made it through. Yet from my research, everyone still says that they cannot get regular H anymore. This was kilos of the stuff like many kilos. Apparently enough to supply NYS for a year. So I would assume the stuff that made it through is going somewhere. Anywho, I hope anyone who reads this stays safe and continues to advocate for change. The government isn't changing anytime soon and the dealers will continue to try and find the easiest most lucrative way of making money. SO if someone has purer Fent without the deadly additives or better yet h mixed with a little Fent, support them, make sure to test. DO not spend a dime with a new connection until you get a tester that you can test for xylazine or other dangerous additives.

There are so many analogs of clonidine/medetomidine/xylazine that could be pretty easily produced in a clandestine setting, has anybody here found solid testing results that have indicated a similarly functioning compound that isn't one of those three? I imagine it's only a matter of time until it occurs.

Im in Philly suburb. I know only 1 place with "brown" dope. The resf is fet and medetomidine. They claimed the bust in October got the worst out but theyre still out 24/7 right on Weymouth and the police are right there too, they wont be changing up for quite a while I imagine!

Just out of curiosity, how's the spice scene there on the streets? For some reason it seems heaviest in New England & NY, is it prevalent right now in Philly too?

Yeah, Xylazine in OTC vape shop extracts would get businesses shut down very quickly. I don’t buy that scheme either. MGM-15/16 and/or pseudoindoxyl wouldn’t be to surprised though.

I know xylazine when I take it. Trust me.

I just don't understand why two markets with non-overlapping supply chains and broadly non-overlapping consumer bases would both have access to clandestinely redirected xylazine. I could see some dumbass putting clonidine in here, but definitely let us know if you find any evidence, for now this is entirely unfounded.

I will. I don't understand either, but trust me I know my shit and I am not some alarmist. You'll probably see it on the news as well, well not you personally, because you aren't from here, but if its in this smoke shop its certainly in others as well.

I am in contact with WCNC. The store I bought it from is the largest chain of smoke shops in Charlotte. This isn't some obscure smoke shop, and from what I gathered this is going to be a big story. I have an interview tomorrow, but I am likely going to choose to remain anonymous. It will at least make their website if not the nightly news.

If you find it hard to believe, just ask yourself why I would go out of my way to make this up.

It is a shit ass drug, but so is 7oh. I would describe the high of xylazine as neither pleasant nor unpleasant, but leaning toward unpleasant because of how long it lasts and if you don't know what it feels like already, it might lead someone to believe they've been poisoned, because that is kinda what it feels like.

It feels closer to a biological weapon or an anesthetic than a recreational drug...

It feels nothing like clonidine. I mean, they have some things in common, but I would never think I've taken clonidine if I had taken xylazine and vice versa.

To be completely frank I find the level of incredulity from everyone I've talked to about this annoying. I don't understand why people find it so difficult to believe. What motivation would I have to make this story up?

I am simply a junkie who's passionate about harm reduction with well over 20 years experience in both areas. I certainly don't care about attention on the internet.... I've had multiple bluelight accounts and deleted them all for privacy reasons.

I was so annoyed by the 7oh people on reddit when I posted this I also deleted my 8 year old reddit account with 60k karma and 200 awards. I don't give a fuck about what people believe, but I am not lying or mistaken about this, and I really don't give a flying fuck about internet points.

I know exactly what xylazine feels like, and I am 100% certain it was in a new brand of 7oh pills I bought the other day. Period. I am going to the news because I am trying to save lives. I am going to remain completely anonymous. I want zero attention. I am a very private person. I have zero fucking motivation to fabricate this story...

Sorry I was in a crappy mood the other day, I didn't mean to snap at anyone. I've just been through a lot lately. I was also detoxing off 7oh. What a crappy drug.

The name of the brand that is laced was called Flash. It comes in a yellow packaging with Flash written in glittery letters. I write this hesitantly because I don't want people to intentionally seek it out. It almost killed me because I combined it with other depressants, which normally wouldn't be an issue with my tolerance, but the added xylazine almost killed me. I woke up covered in vomit and likely almost died from choking on my vomit while unconscious in my bed. So please be careful.
