URGENT Help advice needed VALIUM AND TRAMADOL

I forgot i had a doctors appointment tosay where they have to do a procedure on my jaw, i have it on thietwy minugzs, Bur in rhe morning i took 20mg of Valium, and they saud they wilk give me tramadol to managed pain. Like they rell le ro drunk it right then and there. Is it safe??? Its extended release tramadol 100mg
I’ve just never mixed drugs before so Idk

Lay still when you are nauseousnes, the dose sound a bit high imo if you are sensitive to Tramadol. Hope the procedure went well.

Maybe post a bit earlier then "thietwy minugzs" before the procedure next time.

don’t worry. even though you took valium, tramadol won’t do anything….it won’t even do anything at all
for your pain. tramadol is barely active garbage, it’s just what doctors give ppl to make them think they are getting something for pain because they don’t want to give you a legitimate schedule 2 painkiller.

15 years ago this sort of thing you would’ve been given 10 mg oxycodone and a bottle with like 20 more to take home. now days you might be lucky to get that out for a full spinal cord reconstruction. welcome to the war on pain management.

Tramadol has it's charms. It's dirty and doesn't work for everyone but for the few that it does it can be very pleasant. YMWV, just depends how your brain and metabolism got plumbed up.

Tramadol is prodrug, stronger NRi than SRi but it also provides serotonine release.
It is less regulated because it takes some time for tramadol to get metabolised into actual opioid compound, one that is considered as potent opioid with IR duration of 8 hours. For normal and rapid cyp2d6 metabolisers tramadol is far from just snri, it is M1 not approved as a Omnitram because it would be schedule 2 opioid with 2 times longer duration than codones. And very cheap generic prodrug was available so it wasn't worth money to receive complete approval by FDA to sell O-DSMT ( Omnitram ) as a new opioid. Tramadol is the same with addition of monoaminergic reuptake and release which is not that great if u want to experience just simple opioid high.
Tramadol is shit for poor cyp2d6 metabolisers, they have no potent 8hr acting opioid metabolite from taking tramadol, they experience only serotonine overload.

so crazy, about 15 years ago my uncle had a broken big toe and went to urgent care and got 360 10mg hydrosthe limits back then were insane. you could prescribe 90-day scripts of C-II’s and up to 8 per day. i havent seen a script for 8 pills a day in forever

hydros weren’t even schedule 2 around 15 hours ago.

you could get mountains of them like nothing it was a glorious era.

i think the RC scene was also peaking at that time …MXE was big. a lot of mdxx analogues were around. fentanyl wasn’t here yet.

oxycodone 30s and dilaided 8s were cheaper than a lunch at fast food is nowdays.

heroin was real if you even needed it which you didn’t because of the pills.

i think it was the golden era
