-sprout or smash seeds, do not use to much water.
-1 freeze/thaw/filter
-sodium bicarbonate (4g)
-collapse if needed and seal
-shake often somewhere warm and dark, 4-24h (fresher seeds go longer)

These days everybody thinks it means oral DMT, so we might as well just proceed to use that definition instead of fighting it. "Tea", for example, originally referred to a plant, but now it's also recognized as an aqueous infusion of an herb(s) (like ayahuasca tea  ).
