Hi guys,

Maybe I wouldn’t post this one now if I was reading more before what happened today but :

I came to Bulgaria, hoping that I will stop using subutex after almost a year of daily usage(5-6mg daily ). I jumped into heroin almost instantly( the heroin here is quite crappy but it’s still working for me when I come here for a week or two). Very fast I started to use 9-10 5euros balls per day which was long enough to get me withdrawals after 10 days of using. Here comes part 2 of my plan- I have a doctor who already prescribed me 200 of 20mg oxycodone pills which after tapering I would stop after 2-3 weeks. Ok but I decided not to start them yet so I continued using heroin on a daily basis until today when I have been already decided that that’s my day I will start stopping the heroin. My last shot was around midnight yesterday so I woke this morning not fully withdrawing but just barely yawning and nose running.Instead of starting the Oxys I found 2 8mg subutex pills and for some unknown reason I instantly put half under my tongue thinking that it will stop whatever withdrawals I have.

Oh, boy ……… Half an hour later I started to have full PwD, very powerful, instead of starting little by little it hit me instantly with a full power. Stupid me, I was thinking that is the heroin withdrawal so I took 4 mg more……oh, boy……then 4mg more …... I was even thinking of taking 100-120 mg of oxy on top but something was telling me not to do it . The PwD continued and I couldn’t hold that anymore and I bought 10 bags of heroin. I started shooting this crappy heroin but it wasn’t working at the beginning, maybe at bag number 6-7 I started to feel slightly better.

THEN I started to read some threads from here and I got answers to my questions and doubts.

So, after 10 days of using heroin, 7-8 hours after my last dose , 12 mg of bupe put me to hell, literary.

Just be careful with bupe after opiates.Really.

Thank you guys for this godsend forum, I have always appreciated it.

You’re a fool…put simply. Go learn about the drugs that you’re taking before you take them. Smfh

thats the relapse "fail safe" they built in, the narcan in there got you
The naloxone in Suboxone is not active orally at all whatsoever. You’d have to try to shoot it to get it to work since it gets destroyed in the stomach acids.

Everyone here is not even close, it’s the bupe that pushed you into precip. There’s so much misinformation about bupe, if you’re not in full blown withdrawals, oral bupe kicks off the the h and binds to the receptors very tightly being a partial. Everyone believes it’s the naloxone that causes the PWD. but it’s not, it’s the bupe itself. I’m on the long acting injection buprenorphine (which has no naloxone in it whatsoever ) and the same thing happens if I don’t wait long enough before I get my injection I’ll be blown into full precipitated withdrawal and the only thing that comes down is Benzo and it’s more about making you comfortable until your body is used to the bupe.

Bupe literally tears off anything that’s sitting on that receptor but then only binds to a partially

Yes, bc buprenorphine is a partial agonist at the mu opioid receptor with a much higher affinity for it while heroin, for example, is a full agonist with a lesser affinity. Not to mention, buprenorphine is around 80x the potency of morphine itself. I’m tired of people saying it is the naloxone that causes precipitated withdrawal too, and I’m also tired of individuals who seemingly are incapable of reading about the subject from reliable unbiased science based sources such as erowid.org where they’d have their answer in a heartbeat, but I understand that your average young adult these days can barely read/write at a third grade level let alone being proficient in math/science to even a lesser degree smfh.

THANK YOU FINALLY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ❤️
