Cymbalta 40mg once a day (morning)
Wellbutrin XL 150mg once a day (morning)
Remeron 15mg once at bedtime

I am interested in taking kratom due to its pain relieving properties. I'm currently on cymbalta because of fibromyalgia but I am receiving no relief at the moment. Is it safe for me to take kratom to help manage the pain? I don't want to give myself seratonin syndrome. Please let me know if this is safe or if I should stay far far away from kratom.

Yeah, that would be quite a cocktail.

Problem with kratom is it contains a wide spectrum of active chemicals at varying levels between batches.

I hate to say it but you might be better with a more traditional opioid but definitely not tramadol or tapentadol.

I can't say for sure but I'd say kratom could be a potentially dangerous addition to that regime.

That was my understanding as well that this combo would be detrimental to my health. Been trying to get into a pain clinic since none of my docs deal with fibro so I've been doing research in the meantime hence the kratom lol. Haven't taken any yet and I'm glad I asked first. Thanks for the quick response.

I mean I'm only speculating but there's logic to it.

Stay safe and good luck getting a doc to help you.
