and yes.. its me pete.. I know once upon a time I was a trouble causer and used to troll a bit but back in my day trolling wasn't what it is now it was having a laugh and winding people up but in this day and age people are straight up terrorizing or bullying vulnerable people saying stuff like "kill your self you fat bitch" or threatening someones family and they get called a troll for this but that is not a troll, that is a bully or just a real nasty piece of work.. to me a troll is someone on a call of duty lobby stiring the pot and having some banter, and that is why I gave up trolling over 5 years ago because its just not the same as it used to be and to be honest I just grew out of it. I am not looking for a fight or another online war with zb so if you guys want me to go then tell me and I will go, I have been on this site on and off for over ten years and their are a lot of top blokes (and girls) on here who have taught me a lot and hopefully I have also taught people a thing or two and maybe as a result helped them have a better time experimenting or even better made them think again about going down that road, I like to think I have made a positive difference.

ya'll may have noticed I don't come here much anymore and haven't been a regular member for a very long time and that is because I have sorted my life out to a great degree I still am addicted to h but I have managed to hold down a decent 9to5 job for nearly 2 years now, I have my own place(I was living in a bedsit before) and I am generally enjoying life a lot more than I was before so I am not gonna let certain other member bring me down and make me as sad as they clearly are with their own life and by the sounds of it zoplicone 'bandit' my worse day is still a hundred times better than your best day but I still don't harbour any ill will towards you or anyone else here who has a problem with me I truly wish everyone in the bluelight community all the best as I do every other human being on gods green earth. it was very good smack and at the time as i have explained to you over a million times zopilone bandit I Was inexpecienced, hence why I made that thread in the first place looking for advice, I have never made a secret of this and have always been honest I know you are just trying to trigger me but I just want other members here who are probably confused to see whats going on and seeing what type of person you are, the type of person that when I new heroin user is asking a genuine hr question instead of giving me advice like this site is intended to you gaslighted and belittle me as you have done to other people who you decide are 'not worthy' of being a 'true smackhead' the usual bollox you come out with. its not a good look its not a good look at all mate. have fun I hope you grow up one day and lose your obsession with me :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: good day sir.

it s on the news atm local election s in UK. Curious as they made it come over like a .. moment. Normally i am not following it Politics, locally i gave have given up [Dutch local] . This gives hope. So is it good ?

Seems like a good thing votes divided over multiple party s instead of the big 2.

I don't think I've ever bothered voting in them before, mainly because Labour has always won the local and parliamentary elections by landslide majorities in the ward I live in.

This year it does seem like everything could change. With the projected continued rise of the Greens and Reform, and decline of Labour and Conservative.

I'll be a +1 for Green, not because they are perfect and have everything right, but mainly because they are the only party advocating tackling the growing inequalities in the UK. Meanwhile the Labour party has sold it's soul to the millionaires, billionaires, and corporations. Every vote for Green, whether they win the seat or not, (I believe they are the front runners currently) sends a message to the Labour party that they need to move back further to the left.

There is a huge hole in left wing policies right now, and it currently looks like the Greens are the only party that can fill that hole.

All the woke bullshit that people mock the Greens for, bothers me a lot less, than much more important issues like growing inequality, with the working low paid getting taxed ever more, while corporations and the ultra rich are free to avoid most tax by various legal means of clever accounting.

I agree with your sentiments but they won't, they can't; even if they wanted to - bi-elections are just minions for Tony Blair, unfortunately...it doesn't really matter as most people aren't interested in how power is being constantly siphoned away. 🫤

Reform are saying if they get any Power they are going to stick all the "boat people" in Green Run areas, I had to smirk at this & tbh Reform are correct in this plan. I am fully aware not all "boat people" are bad BUT The Green Party have it clear on their website they want no border control, let anyone just roll upto the UK & set up home here, they could have Ebola or be on a Jihad mission for all we know.

Let us see how long these people who live in some Fantasy world put up with a load of Men from Somalia & know their way around an AK-47 more than they do a TV remote.

I welcome anyone & will put out my hand to shake to any stranger but you better know in my pocket I got a set of brass knuckles & a brand new blade in a Stanley Knife & won't think twice IF IT'S NEEDED to open their face up.

We have two years to see if those pledges remain; in terms of winning a general election, I really think they'd be shooting themselves in the foot.

So we have two protest parties (Green and Reform) gathering strength; I'm terrified that the 'left' vote will be split to an extent that we end up with a Tory / Reform coalition. I've no doubt there are great people working for the Green party, but sadly we're stuck with pragmatism until / if we get rid of FPTP.

It's only local elections, but I still feel obliged to use my vote tomorrow.

Our list of candidates is totally uninspiring:

Tories - not bothering.

Labour - a candidate who hasn't even put together a personal statement. Possibly a paper candidate.

Lib Dems - same, except we know the candidate's favourite biscuit. Again, probably paper candidate.

Workers Party of Britain - used to pursue the local Muslim vote, but now largely rejected in favour of:

Green - the guy has spent more time talking about Palestine than about our ward. This isn't Palestine. Not from or connected to this area.

Reform - born again brown Christian whose adopted name is Christian Sky. Looks vaguely psychotic, and I don't use that word lightly.

Leaving an independent who is at least visible in the area and has lived here for over twenty years.

Jeremy the independent it is.
