Opioids Can I get high off fent patch?

Yes it is a nitazene I believe, apologies I through opiate around too liberally -- not even an opioid. Same receptor same type high, was for simplicity but not articulate.

yes these patches will fuck you up royally.

with no tolerance like you it might be pretty dangerous tho.

the most efficient and least wasteful way to use them is to wear them on the skin and then if it isn’t strong enough you heat it lightly with a heating blanket to release the fent faster.

the transdermal bioavailability is 100%. extracting and injecting or smoking you will never reach 100 % yields on the extraction and waste a lot of the drug


not sure if you have gel or matrix patches. if you’re able to perform an optimal extraction and do everything perfectly injecting or smoking it will be a super short lived high that lasts like 1 hour and may almost kill you.

wearing them with heating you’ll be royally fucked up for days


if they are matrix patches (mylan is one maker of them) i’d even cut them in half to start since 25 mcg might be too strong

if they are gel patches and you cut them you could kill yoursel

Well guys thank you for the replies.

All of this is disheartening.

Methadone dose was at first 25 mg,then bumped up to 50mg eventually. Saturdays only.

Obviously the way you guys describe fent doesnt sit well.

Off course some morphine or methadone or heroin would be my choice but there is none.


Why in the hell would fent replace heroin if itş no good at all?

And for the record,everyone talks of "euphoria" with opiates,but I wouldnt really call it that,even with heroin. Pleasue,warmth,enjoyment,yes,but not euphoria like with coke.


Sucks if I wont get anything out of these patches.

Dont throw them away --- do you predict NO PAIN in the rest of your life? Don't abuse the drugs -- keep them a dark cool place until you truly need something for pain and they dont give it to you. (Cuz they wont usually)

I Can Send you this shitty Tramadol with Paracetamol for disposal.

But I am in Europe

Gave me almost no effect Last Saturday. They Are 35mg +325 mg.

I took 5 ,but ER tablets.

So that's around 180mg Tramadol.

Nothing almost.


Back when I was a kid I took pure Tramadol a few times and it absolutely worked insanely. Don't know what the dosage was back then.
 
When I got a hand full of patches (50’s I think) from a friend I cut one in half and slapped it on around lunch time. Kept waiting for the hammer to drop but didn’t feel shit, ended up going to bed. Woke up the next morning, had a cup of coffee, puked, then the roller coaster ride started. I think I had a 50-100mg daily oxy/hydro habit at the time. I love opiates, but fentanyl is all the sedation with minimal euphoria IMO. I can take oxy or hydro all day and get shit done, that isn’t happening with fent. I ended up trading the rest of the patches for better stuff.

The safe thing to do is not to use them, but we all know how that goes. If you’re set on trying them start with a small dose, with the delayed onset of the patches you may be tempted to slap more pieces on but don’t. Don’t chew them and be smart/safe.
 
Have a good feeling how this will play out.


I will put on one of these deadly patches and feel absolutely nothing.

fentanyl is the most poweful opioid used in medical practice (maybe the thiophene derivative is
a little more poweful)


it’s not really something to be played with for fun especially if you’re not a heavy opioid addict which it sounds like you are not.
 
Street fent by itself is not that great of a high even tho you get an instant rush, short-lived, mostly sedation heavy nod with medium heavy euphoria, patches and sublingual tablets are shit.

they lack other actives like caffiene and xylazine.

but fentanyl is fentanyl it’s the excact same chemical. it’s more likely that the dosage and route you administer it vs street fent are different ….

not that fentanyl molecules are different other from fentanyl molecules; that’s just chemically impossible

if you extract a patch to provide pure fentanyl powder i’m not sure how it can feel shit compared to street fentanyl besides all the other contaminants and cuts in street fent also adding to the high.

personally street fent has often feels like i’m being poisoned and brain damaged and this is fent that tests negative for all known active opioids and tranquilizers. while pharmaceutical fentanyl feels clean and crisp to me

Or apply just a piece of the patch or the whole patch?


I asked around for some H,with some trusted people,and they looked at me like I a from another planet.

It's all just coke now,you can get it in 3 minutes.

And I am not in the US,I'm in a Balkan country that is/was on the H route from Asia to Europe.


I mean I'm certain there is some ,but I'd have to get involved with some really shady characters.

6,7 years ago it was still widely available

i had a nurse friend that used to get the gel type patches, even out the gel in the patch, cut one side (the long side if there is one on the 25s), take a hair drier, blow it into the patch until the gel was dried and looked kinda crusty, cut the patch into 8 pieces, throw one in his cheek and/or under tongue and about 30 minutes later was ready to continue on about his duties.
i tried it and didnt feel shit that i could tell. he had to have them and prepped them the same every time.
not sure if he used this same prep method at home....

so saying....
please be careful. the wrong move with this can be fatal. i wouldnt advise anyone to get addicted to something that gives little back. but as stated earlier we gonna do what we gonna do.

Fent is totally not worth getting addicted to imo. I ran out of fent patches once when my doc went on vacay and holy fuck it was so bad. Way more intense then morphine or dilly wd
 
You should stay away from those patches unless you are tolerant to opioids. The 25 microgram/h patch is only meant for people who already have a 90–134 mg/day oral morphine tolerance. That is 60-90 mg/day oral oxycodone.

Pharmokinetics. Fentanyl is rapidly redistributed out of the brain. I have posted hyperlinks to several articles.

It does seem that the 'plastic euphoria' of fentanyl is only attained perilously close to a fatal dose. Before surgeries I have been given fentanyl and the anesthetist remarked on my not seeming to be sedated even slightly. So after a second dose, they shrugged and went with balanced anasthesia. We had quite a good chat with them remembering when only Sublimaze was available and when asked, harked back to phenoperidine. I think it's a good idea to have the person 'at the head of the table' in your corner. But every time I point out that morphine does nothing for me and every time it was ignored so I regained consciousness in agony, got wheeled back to the ward in agony and casually mentioned 'this patient is not pain free'. No shit! Poor nurses have limited options but paracetamol solution in a drip is far better than one might assume.

I felt that used as prescribed, no discernable alteration of consciousness occured and in fact was a good analgesic. But the damned things would not stick to my skin so I had to gaffer tape them on until one clinician wondered aloud why I had red circle rashes on my arms and legs. Like a zebra. So I told them and the response was 'this clearly isn't a good thing, let's think about something else'.

Do not mess with medications - at best you end up hooked, at worst you end up dead.
