Piperine Not Doing It As a Potentiate

Both Kratom and Ativan, nothing when taking with 12 mg of piperine (tumeric combo thing). Nothing as in I don't feel like the effects are any stronger. Am I doing something wrong? Feels like a dead end.

Oh yeah I forgot about that, I would try emptying the capsules in your mouth and taking it with the kratom or even mixing it in with kratom and taking it.

Dose 2 hours before. Dose again when you take the actual dose. Dose again 2 hours after.

I found the walmart brand the best. The 10mg formulation. The 5mg one didn’t work as well. Also taking double worked as well. I think you need to preload the system. Load load with the drug. And after load without the drug.

I found 7oh to feel so much more like a full agonist with this protocol and it also lasted significantly longer than 7oh solo. That said my friend found that she didn’t like it, that it got her too high, but somehow also didn’t hit right. For what it’s worth I used to use heroin and she never was an opiate user. I’d say I have more experience and a better taste for these experiences but I still hold her opinion to be of value. It could simply be that you don’t like the potentiation. It draws it out over a longer time period and diminishes somewhat the rush. But it greatly enhanced the overall experience for me to the point that I wouldn’t dream of taking 7oh without it.

I don't trust the agmatine with regards to potentiation of opioids because when I take agmatine during comedown days it completely blocks (similar to NAC) the dopamine buzz from simple things like my nicotine vape or a cup of coffee.

I would never risk the 2-3 days I get to enjoy Kratom with something that stops nicotine from working lol. Imo. I feel like it would blunt the mild euphoric effects I get.

Agmatine is useful for resetting tolerances and recovery (and psychoactivity for some people). It doesn't count as one of the dopaminergic, opioidergic or GABAergic items mentioned in that post.
