Alcohol Heroin use recreational without experiencing withdrawal and only euphoria

Hello I have been abusing heroin for almost 8 years now and thought I should start my own thread in blue light because long long time ago I had a room with a computer and would browse web and coke to blue light forum whenever I took tramadol to if there is any difference between the heroin high and tramadol high but I was also abusing other drugs at that time like Clonazepam and weed and alcohol. Now I'm in Pakistan and I'm not in Karachi where u can get alcohol easily so I need some other stuff to get high or feel good so usually drink a bottle of cough syrup containing dextromethorphan 240mg and taking tramadol pills with it.
 
Preferred O-DSMT over Tramadol. When I took it I experienced a murderous temper the next day.
Do you experience that too?

Heorin i never try and will not try ,because my dealis warning me dont touch and i enjoy sex party,so i only use coke and meth

But im interested is it any user take H to join for sex party

Absolutely DO NOT mix dextromethorphan with tramadol. It can cause serotonin syndrome which can kill you

I have never used heroin but i do use morphine. I use it for about week or 2 of the month then take a week or 2 break. Ive been doing that for a few years now wth no wd symptoms
 
Was drinking 1 whole bottle of combinol(local brand here for cough syrup) each day, 1 bottle everyday used for a week I think when I stopped I felt a little pain in my right abdomen which slowly faded away because it's been one month since I quit dextromethorphan,
