I've sniffed a metric ton. Works good but not that good. How long til someone injects it??

I watched someone go into major seizures from sniffing it! Poor lady was just innocently trying it cuz we said it was fun. Never recommended it again!

Yup! Lowering your seizure threshold is right on the information pack label when you pick it up from the pharmacy. Screw this garbage. I’ve always had access to good drugs and this ain’t one of them.

Well, I know that a generic modified-release formulation 'dose dumped' and people had seizures. I did try but was unable to confirm what the total dose was. I think other, simpler things that are RCs would also cause seizures if taken at high doses.

I’ve only ever had a seizure from taking 300mg of Tramadol when I was 16 smh lol 😝
 
Yep - not the isomer that overlays codeine, the other one - that't the one that killed so many in the UK that tramadol is now rarely prescribed. Co-Codamol 500/300 is as good and safer.

You mean Desmethyltramadol, correct? It has less side effects and better potency, but I’ve never had it.

no, I mean just like amphetamine, tramadol is not one but two optical isomers, only one of which, when metabolized, it's a semi-rigid morphine analogue.

But nobody has ever performed the resolution so even ODMT is 50% crud that monkey around with monoamines - not binding to the opiate receptors at all.

Well y'all I've already had cancer once looks like I'm speed running it again

I'm gonna stop and suggest nobody try this. Still think it feels better than even mid crack though
