"Meth mouth" is caused by meth users consuming on average 3.5 sugary drinks a day along with users being less hygenic, meth itself had little to no effects on oral health other than causing dry mouth.

Meth is indeed caustic but it seems wether you inhale, ingest, snort or IV meth does'nt change how much damage it does to your oral hygene.
