Hello all!!
So for exercise performance, I found anecdotally that quality ginseng extract is as effective for my perceived exercise performance, when combined with a pre-mix, as some of the classical stimulants, ephedrine, dexedrine and caffeine.
It's also preferred over the above as I experienced almost no peripheral issues such as muscle tension, heart palpitations, increased blood pressure. Additionally, I was able to fall asleep quite easily that night, unlike methamphetamine, which just last far, far, far too long, leaving you tired two days after ingestion due to lack of sleep.
Additionally, there is no where near as much desire to redose with ginseng.
So, I wondered, is it really effective or could it be placebo that I perceived such significant improvements.
Lo and behold, there are significant benefits for fitness and exercise performance. Ginseng is a fantastic ergogenic by the looks of things.
I noticed this with the raw extract (black tar) form.
ANECDOTAL EFFECTS NOTED:
- Mild Calmness
- Moderate cognitive improvement
- Moderate mood improvement
- Moderate endurance increate in weight training
- Moderate Improved power in HIIT
- Strong increase in libido
- Mild brain fog at tail end of experience
- Moderate improvement on impulse control
All in all, highly recommended.
Would be interesting to mix with mushrooms or 2C-B!
