Does it work, and if so, how is the dosage different compared to oral administration? And what about the duration? I was thinking it'd be great if it didn't last as long, a nice way to experience LSD without setting aside an entire day.
 
don't really know the answer but had a quick look on the usual sites, tripsit.me, psychonautwiki, and erowid but no mention of it.

I know 2C-B can be boofed but the dose required is much less than oral, worth checking out dosage in case you take too much
 
Same hère, I don't know much about it. But I remember an accointance who drop LSD in his nose so I think it could be possible

But I have no idea dosage-wise
 
Anything you can eat your arse can digest too so it's going to work. Whats the point tho? Does acid make you physically sick if you eat it? That's the only reason to stick it up your arse.

I once boofed san pedro. Try sticking a two foot cactus (with the spines) up your arse! That'll make your eyes water.

The main reason I am interested in boofing it is because I was hoping maybe the duration would be shorter. As @placebonaut mentioned, when you boof with 2C-B, the rectal dosage is probably half that in comparison to oral, so I want to make sure that if I do it, I don't overdo it.

I'm surprised that there's no mention of anyone doing that. It's common with other substances (e.g. 2C-B), so I don't see why it wouldn't have been tested with LSD. I'd rather eat it in terms of convenience, but if the duration was shortened through rectal administration then that would be favorable for me.
 
I usually just use low doses and that's what I did for that occasion. I didn't notice any difference regarding comeup or duration. I also enema'd some selegiline and ingested a low dose of caapi extract on the comedown and that was enriching.

I also prepared the liquid for the enema by scalding a tab in a Pyrex shotglass in the oven for 10 or 15 min. If you're trying to shorten the duration you should try vaping it.

Have done it, dose and duration is the same as oral.
Same goes for intranasal.
Only difference is that if you dose high enough to experience stomach discomfort, that discomfort is reduced with boofing and intranasal.
