Meth Need help with cellulitis antibiotics from bad injection

First and foremost, I will go to the ER if I have to. I have cellulitis in my arm from IV use of meth. I’ve had it before and gone to the farm store and got the fish antibiotics which have worked before for it. I was wondering if anybody knew what the strongest and most appropriate one would be if I just got done a Z-Pak, azithromycina few days ago and then then January I took doxycycline; what antibiotic might be the best and the strongest and most appropriate too clear this us to avoid the ER with no insurance.

I just had it in my right hand…so gross and painful.

I was prescribed Cephalexin 500mg-taken 3 times a day until gone. They’re nasty tasting but work.
