Opioids Fentanyl after morphine iv, how much wait between fixes

Hello everyone, I just IV 10mg of morphine from an ampoule and I have another ampoule of grade pharma of fentanyl, 250mcg. How much time should I wait until shoot this one?

It takes 4 to 6 hours for IV morphine to wear off. Dosing any sooner then that is a waste

It would be fine 100mcg or the 250mcg at once? The ampoule is 5ml/250mcg

Im not to sure as to the IV dose of fent also i dont know your tolerance

It's been almost 2 months since my last fix, but I use to have high tolerance years ago, but only morphine and heroin. The only thing that worries me it's that I never mixed morphine with fentanyl, so I don't know how dangerous is

Then your tolerance has no doubt dropped alot. Im not sure as to what the standard dose of fent is IV but i used to get the 50ug patches. 100mcg seems like alot
