I take omeprazole haven’t noticed any potency difference. But if I remember right with kratom it used to give it a little boost.
Hydroxyzine adds a nice synergistic effect.

Above is a link to the original english-language patent for loperamide. Please note the table in column 8. Loperamide is the 25th homologue in that table. So in animal models at least, the ED50 for an analgesic dose is 80mg/kg while the anti-diarrheal dose is 0.13 mg/kg. A ratio of 615:1

Now the thing is that loperamide can cross the blood-brain barrier but it's a substrate for the ABC transporters i.e. it's actively pumped out of the brain. But above a certain dose that transport becomes overwhelmed so loperamide demonstrates a 2-phase dose-response curve and dangerously, that curve gets steeper in the second phase as the transport fails to keep up.

I've known multiple people who were taking 200-240mg of loperamide each day to wean themselves off other opioids. But at least two of them 'had a bad day' and decided that maybe 300mg would give them a light buzz. One died, one woke up in hospital with compartment syndrome and some other other equally serious health problems. Now let's turn the screw by noting that the dose at which loperamide enters that second phase of dose-reponse curve is different based on manifold variables.

What those variables are have not been studied but don't forget, Janssen had developed three earlier anti-diarrheal medications all of which were used as opiods so a lot of work went into finding something that was not only more effective but which also far less abusable.

Your best bet is to wait as long as you can before doses and even then man the magic won't be like it was, it never will be for us again. You could take things like benzos or stimulants to try and add to the euphoria but they'd have to be low doses of all compounds and IF YOU'RE NOT EXPERIENCED AND I MEAN SUCKING DICK SO YOU AIN'T SICK EXPERIENCED DO NOT MIX OPIATES WITH ANYTHING ESPECIALLY BENZOS AND STIMULANTS

I'm extremely experienced with both benzos and amphetamines, but have managed to stay away from them for a few years now, and the last thing I need is to be dependant on yet another substance [and benzo withdrawal is fucking horrible].
