Dark web - why don't you use it?

From what I hear good markets are harder to come by without an invitation and scams are alot more common.

I remember getting scammed for 1 bitcoin a few times (cost me ~£150 at the time) and not really caring. I went through easily over 50 bitcoins on the markets. If only I'd kept 5% of them....

That is the same year things fell off completely for me as well --- BTC was a bridge to far the darkweb is just im not good with tech and dont care that much.
 
Once me and my cousin who is a computer genius, decided together to check out dark net and deep web, just because we were bored and we were stupid teenagers and because he knew how to do that. He was like 19, i was like 15. At the beginning we found drugs of course, guns, cars, recordings from quite important place, in language we didn't know, but seemed like they were placed around some office or something, so i guess, that was used maybe for blackmailimg someone, or these people had no idea that someone is keep listening to them, we found used lingerie etc. We were sitting and barely breathing from excitation. Then we stated to go deeper, and check out tematic forums and 'stores'., interested about what people talking there and what you can buy if your'e that dip, we clicked randomly. After finding a website with naked kids 'doing things' or being forced to pose like an porn actor we turned in off and its our secret. Can't forget it. How we got that far, why it wasn't visible only for people with an account or being verified first....Well, we were in dark net, so actually they could do whatever they want, uncensured. When we were turning this off we haven't even talk with each other. After that we felt uncomfortable around each other for the next 3 years around? I don't remember, it Was 10 years ago.
So yeah, since that day i have trauma an I'll never enter hidden internet. I understand why you need to get there and why krypto to deal there. This place is sick, I wouldn't order anything from there.

I've always viewed sourcing through Telegram as a scam waiting to happen. Is there an escrow-based system on certain Telegram channels? Or are you basically FE'ing every single time?

I used to use dark web all the way back to silk road. Lately the markets have turned to crap. That being said I use 4 vendors through tg now who have high quality good prices items. From presses to actual pharma to heroin with no fent or nitazenes and coke that last tested at 89%. The mdma and x pills are high quality. I dint give out these sources bc people think I’m trying to scam them. They have more items than what I listed.

I think its already been said but thats not all crypto. Bitcoin, and bitcoin-like coins are easily tracable. But the markets generally offer more secure options in crypto now, or outright require them.

Though it has been a couple years since I placed an order so I don't really know whats up with it now. But like I said this was the case even two years ago. Its a constant game of cat and mouse so no a big hole like that is not going to be overlooked.
 
Hey everybody. Cool thread. I do find the segregatory nature of the Dark Web to be an interesting topic. I have personally used the Dark Web 3-4 times and I never had an issue. As long as you are disciplined with your security and don't try to do shit you don't fully understand, it is, in my opinion, a pretty safe process. Most of those marketplaces operate on an "Amazon"-esque business model, with reviews and reputation being a key factor in deciding who to buy from. You have to understand how to operate security measures properly. Like I said, don't do anything you don't actually know how to do.

Now this is not really a Harm Reduction thread per se, so I'm going to move it on over to Drug Culture. Please everyone, be mindful of forum rules so the thread won't get closed. No sourcing and so on and so forth. Moving on over to DC. May the force be with you.
 
I do not know how to use it, but that's definitely not the main reason as I am sure I can learn it.
I prefer to have only indirect access to substances (means that I have to make some effort to get them), otherwise I would spend too much money just for curiosity.
I already have connections irl to the drugs I like/use.

Buying from a CEX, they can see that you bought crypto but that's it. There's no blockchain traceability after that of how much you sent, where you sent, or when. I understand this concern with Bitcoin, but Monero solves this entirely and is not traceable from buyer to seller.

I am a returning member, have an inoperable tumor and docs per usual give me aspirin. I had great connects on the dark web in the mid 2010’s. I cannot recall how to search for vendors or gain invites like I had. I am aware of no sourcing rule, but is it allowed to point me to some instructional info on using my onion browser or Telegram to find a source?

I am really sorry to hear about your situation, but that would be sourcing.
 
Thank you for replying, I wasn’t sure and was unintentional to break any rules. I figured it out once, can probably do it again.
 
all i need is meth and weed realistically , what else is there... im broke 3 days after paycheck when i blackout spend >.>

I've never found crypto easy to obtain ,transfer or pay for anything ,in fact I have 50 pounds of some type of crypto currency on some website stuck in a wallet I can't get out .
But I am really thick when it comes to not only new technology but decades old technology.
I'll stick to bank transfers even though they cost more
 
Its the same, but payment is easier, and captchas are harder. The markets are more dispersed and there aren't as many real good ones like there was.
