How much 2cb pill form should be taken ie whole pill ect i’ve never tried it but take mdma regularly. am nervous about trying 2cb as no idea about dosage any advice would e greatly appreciated

Do you have any information about the dosage?

I suggest you go to Erowid to take a look at the dosage and the experience reports. I don't try it by myself (yet) but it's pretty different than MDMA.

Also you can take a look at the big&dandy here about 2cb, it's a classic

From what I read about it it's clearly a psychedelic (even if lightheaded) but not an empathogen at all.

The dose curve for 2C-B is totally unlike MDMA. Preferred knowing your dose. Testing is that a option with a service available locally ?

5 mg more is the difference between a light dose and a re creative dose. 5 more and you start tripping. In a good way when prepared for, a versatile substance.

2C-B is great, don't be too nervous. Again, we can't really tell you the dose of any pill.

Most 2C-B pills are probably within 15-25mg is my guess.
 
Most pills don't seem to be in the 20 mg range but more like 8 - 16 mg. You can never be sure really.

10 mg are a handshake dose. 15 mg it begins to get somewhat psychedelic. 20 mg is a decent dose with visuals. 25 mg can have a pronounced headspace.
 
I tried 2c-b for the 1st time a little while ago, had bought pills.

I crushed mine up, did a small amount as an allergy test 1st, and then weighed out a small dose using jewelry scales, then titatrated up to find threshold.

unless you get the pills tested to confirm mg of 2C-B you're just guessing at the strength of them.

Then start with half. If you're buying random pills you don't even know if you have 2C-B if you haven't tested it.

I've never gotten it in a pill we only ever bought powder and put it in capsules. I would consider anything below 10mg to be a waste personally and my average dose was always about 15mg. You will get mild effects at about 5mg. Everyone is different you'll have to experiment and see what is right for you.

My guess would be the average pressed pill would be in the range of 8-10mg like the other person said. Since 15-20mg is a pretty common dose and when I've seen people with pills they usually take 1.5-2 tablets. In my experience substances pressed in pills like MDMA are typically underdosed for a variety of reasons (mainly profit). But this isn't always true.

Now and again you'll get a really strong press. For example, I've run across pills of MDMA that I know for a fact had at least 250mg in them each. I could take half of one of those and have a very strong roll. I've also seen pressed xanax bars that were dosed very high in the 4-6mg each range (legit pill would only have 2mg in it). There was an arms race happening for a time with pressed xanax and people involved said they wanted their pills to "smack harder". But with xanax this wasn't a big issue because it was very unlikely someone would die from consuming the whole pill due to OD. With substances like MDMA, 2C-B and other things commonly pressed into tablets the illegal suppliers are typically more careful about how much they put into each tablet. They also want more profit so underdosing them is both safer for everyone and more profitable for them.

There is just no way to know what random presses are dosed at unless you have them tested or have experience with a pure form of the material which you've weighed yourself in the past. You can try looking them up on the web at the various websites that list pictures of things they've tested. But presses are regularly copied if a particular press gets popular so this isn't foolproof.
 
And to make things even more confusing, even if you are able to accurately weigh 2C-B from the same batch at the same dosage, intensity can still vary a lot ;)

I don't like psychedelics being sold as pills on the illegal market. On a legal market with known dosages and quality control it could be okay, but even then I think the user needs fine control over what they deem appropriate for a dose depending on their needs and circumstances.

thanks that’s very helpful i tend to buy mandy rather than pills and put in capsule and i always test so will see if i can do the same with 2cb i totally agree with what your saying around pill form

if you can't get powder, crush a bunch of pill and mix them together, then titrate up, at least that way you get consistency with the batch
 
Not that pills are good for snorting nor that 2C-B is nice to snort, if you take 1/2 or 3/4th of a pill orally and crush the rest. After 60 min (take them without food in your stomach) you can snort the rest in small bumps to desired level. Snoting or boofing doubles the strength.
