Kinda looking for some support and advice with this.
I went through an essentially forced WD when my partner found out I was taking 7oh and freaked out.
I'd basically never done any opioid before this year and never planned to but got into taking kratom daily and then a few months ago switched to 7oh.
I took just 7.5mg every day right from the start. Only occasionally taking up to 50mg. I had no idea how awful the WD would be. I've only really had one other WD experience, which was with benzos but it was 10 years ago. That was bad, this was worse. By day 2 I was lying on by bathroom floor screaming in pain and hallucinating. I wanted it to stop by any means necessary.
After I got slightly better we went to addiction service in my area for advice and they were actually really nice and I quite quickly got a taper plan and bupe prescription.
But now I'm feeling better and back to my pre withdrawal dose I kinda feel like this has all happened too fast and I haven't really had the chance to enjoy it enough. I'm worried that once I started taking bupe I won't be able to get high on opioids any more. But I only 'discovered' them a few weeks ago! I'm not ready to lose this.
I feel like I have this really brief window before I start the bupe and taper where I can experiment/ mess around. That way I can at least have the memories to look back on.
