I have a couple questions for you about Gabapentin & LyricaLast night was a disaster... I had the brillant idea to have a glass of wine to potentiate the Pregabalin and Diazepam, and I blame it on that, that I felt increasingly sick by the time the 500 mg Pregabalin fully kicked in... pretty close to throwing up really.
So I decided to add 30 mg Mirtazapin for the nausea... and still felt sick, but couldn't read more than one sentence without my eyes closing... I must have fallen asleep for a few seconds. dozens of times before finally going to bed and I'm seriously amazed that I made it without any major incident...
Today I woke up with a considerable hangover and still fell asleep repeatedly when searching something in the phone settings...
-> Lesson 1: I shall not mix drugs and alcohol
-> Lesson 2: stop at 400 mg Pregabalin when mixing..
When you take Lyrica or Gabapentin does it always take like 3+ hours to kick in?? I've had prescriptions for each for over a year but I have given up on both of them due to having to wake up at 5 am in order to feel a slight buzz by 11 am.
I also do not understand why Gabapentin/Lyrica simply seems to stop being effective after taking it for 4 days in a row.....
