okay so I'm thinking of doing something fucking insane, which is smoking alcohol on foil, is this possible and would it feel more intense plus saving more of it.

Well, that's not very nice. I don't think your previous/current legal guardian would approve of such behaviour on the World Wide Web.
Well, I'd smoke it If I got the chance. You're right they wouldn't have approved. But I still think everyone should try it at least once.

Go for it. I doubt there's any research. Pretty knowledgeable people here, Might be able to theorize on whether it would work.

so inhaling the steam is like moonshine? intresting

All alcohol is like moonshine as its still alcohol. You know whats even more like moonshine? Going to the store and biuying any alcohol at 50% or higher is pretty much the same thing only with taxes

Alcohol can potentially be vaped but I'd never try it. I hear you can drown in it and die of suffocation. Not sure if that's true but no thanks.

Alcohol takes tens of grams to intoxicate you. Vaping it is going to require consuming such a huge amount of pretty unpleasant vapor that it isn’t worth it.

When I was younger and more experimental, I tried using a dab rig filled with everclear soaked in a water bath full of boiling water, and it pretty quickly revealed to be a fools errand.

i think if anything nebulizing it would be the most likely to work but I also think that would be terrible on your respiratory system, but so would any form delivering it to the lungs...

suffocate on smoke? uh ok whatever that means

You’re talking about bypassing the metabolic processes and sending ethanol directly to the brain with no way of regulating intoxication.
More likely to poison yourself and pass out from ethanol inhalation then get wasted.

Suffocate not exactly, hypoxia or possibly hypoxemia would be the correct term.
