Coming off Invega/Xeplion (paliperidone) injections v 12

A ENT is still your best bet to find the cause of your tinnitus imo and more importantly how it can be treated. I have permanent tinnitus from really stupidly using hammers, demolition hammers and other dumb shit without ear protection. Also i get it from ear wax but since we live in such a great country i have been waiting ages to see a ENT to get the ear wax removed. I have no idea when/if i will get to see a ENT thats how great the healthcare system in Canada is these days. Fuck sakes.

Do you take any benzos? I saw xanax being mentioned in a old article about about tinnitus. I dont know why xanax specifically but there might be a reason. Also i have known people who didnt take invega who had tinnitus and where suicidal. They said benzos helped. However you may want to avoid benzo dependency if you ever plan on going to the psych ward again as they haved a nasty habit of taking you off them. Even though you are currently in one now future one may take you off them. You dont want to have to cold turkey benzos like i did in the psych ward
My tinnitus is directely linked to the injections, as i also have hearing loss as result of brain damage from these injections and tinnitus is linked to that hearing loss on low frequencies (as the ENT said) but i never had any head trauma neither a hearing trauma (like exposure to very loud noise without properly covering and protecting ears)

I just wake up on 18th august of 2025, 13 months after my last injection, and my right ear has started to ringing, it never stopped since, then the ringing became also in the center and after some days in the left ear too.

This is brain damage, ototoxic and neurotoxic results as these injections.

Did you listen to loud music as a kid? My mom has a shtload of hearing loss from this its insane. But she would have the music up so loud in the car that it would hurt my ears. Id turn it down and shed say oh thats not loud. Then she would turn it up even louder Fuck sakes. There are more then a few reasons behind hearing loss

Why are you still in the psych ward though? For me that place caused me way way more trauma then the pussy invega and abilify. Invega was pussy shit compared to the psych ward. Seeing people get dragged to solitary and seeing people come back from ECT and not remember your name was the norm. They used to force people to get tht as punishment. Fuck i hate shrinks sometimes

when you were on paliperdione, did the rate you needed to pee fluctuate? I feel like I need to pee more often but not all the time

I read some people had tinnitus because of these injections or even pills, let alone if when I was kid something happened, they just injected antipsychotic twice at the max dose aviable to a normal person, tinnitus it’s one of the traumatic response of the brain.

If I can fall asleep in the afternoon i immediately get a sleep paralisis, and i dream to wake up in the same time, it’s really weird, the whole network responsable for sleep, being awake and dreams it’s just fucked up. This is brain damage.

Why are they giving you benzos, all it does is affect gaba and slow down the brain.

I needed to pee all the time. Felt like it was affecting my kidneys

Because of severe anxiety and panic attacks as a result of all the sympthoms these injections left me with.

Why are you still in the psych ward though? That place is as traumatic as fuck

Because they are looking to find out what to do to help me, i let them mistake with an antidepressants so they can see with their eyes that the issue is not a depression, in order to get specific dopamine agonist and stimulants, as they assume that antidepressant was not the answer but they dont want to go with dopamine agonist then i left that place, but this is my only option rn to get dopamine D2 agonist or shit like that.

Anyways today it’s my 2nd month here. Taking 1mg temesta (1-0-1-1) and 45mg mitrazapine (0-0-0-1). Nothing changed beside i don’t have panic attacks thanks to the temesta.

Tinnitus it’s killing me, even if I fully recover but i left with tinnitus idk if I want to live a life with this ringing noise H24. I miss silence. I don’t remember how silence it’s.

The psychiatrists are masters of gas lighting, invega leaves almost all of us with no motivation to do anything which is caused by lack of dopamine but psychiatrists insist it is due to depression.

I think in your case it is a matter of experimenting with different substances and see which one works for you. It is possible that LSD, stimulants, ketamine or something else might jump start your brain chemistry. Another option is TMS.

In my opinion people who are able to exercise improve their chances of recovery or recover quicker as exercise is proven to enhance neuroplasticity.

I honestly doubt you are going to get stimulants from a in patient shrink. Most of them think hard of scripting benzos never mind amphetamines. Imo your best bet would be to get a shrink and a gp on the outside

I dont think there is a magic bullet for fixing the damage done by invega. Thankfully mine fixed itself after beng off the invega and then abilify. Shrooms and s ketamine did help my PTSD ALOT though. I was realy struggling with PTSD from the psych ward then i took shrooms again about 2 years ago and it got alot better. The s ket also helped alot

I think I'm healing a bit i vibe coded for 2 hours today, trying to fix my friend dji mavic drone it shows error in the device, I'm trying to build a diagnostic script to fix it. 6 months feeling a bit better

People who were on vyvnase tend to recover quicker. I so far know 2 women on vyvnase who recovered quickly. I dont know if its a magic pill, but it certainly seems to help a few people.

@Invegatorture When did your anhedonia lift and when did all your emotions start to come back? Did you keep revovering after the 9 months too or things came rushing back at month 9? Do you think LSD helped you?
At 8 months anhedonia had lifted significantly, along with emotions returning. Things rushed back between month 8 to 9 and I had never felt so good in my life at that point physically mentally and spiritually.

LSD may have saved my life. Before taking it i was deeply suicidal and totally hopeless. I experienced an ego death with it which is very rare and it gave me hope. Not sure if it helped my brain physically at all. Tho I have read mushrooms helped some people recover.

Day 146 for me and today is the first day I have truly felt caffeine strongly. Anhedonia seems to have lifted a bit more as well. Making progress.
