Stimulant? I understood akathisia to be a side-effect so it produces a sort of jitteriness, a feeling of not being able to sit still, and anxiety. I'm not sure I would describe that as a stimulant.

I was prescribed Wellbutrin at one point for depression. I fucking hated it. It made everything taste weird and off label it's used for smoking cessation; it didn't let me enjoy cigs or weed really.

It's definitely not a drug worth having a seizure over. I would advise OP not to take such a crazy high dose, as echoed by everyone else in this thread.

For me it helped the depression mildly. Weird i could still smoke cigs and weed no problem,. Unfortunately t didnt work as a stop smokign aid at all for me
