I remember doing dck after the last blizzard we got in 2017. 9 years ago. And walking out with my dog the sound of the birds was crazy.

Half the country is getting significant weather starting tomorrow night. Hopefully people take precautions. Don't get stuck without food, don't let pipes freeze, careful about carbon monoxide that cause flu like symptoms+ confusion and dizziness from heating products like fireplace generator and portable heaters, don't do anything extra that doesn't need to be done.

We had terrible snow just after new year but because it only happens once every 8 years or so our country see's little point in setting aside a financial budget which is fair enough as everyone would complain when there's no snow.i got stuck everyday and schools were shut for a week so a 3 week Xmas break for kids

We're about an hour out from it starting here. They're saying ~20" with more along the coast (which I am) - been a few years since we've had a significant storm like this. Low key excited especially since I live somewhere that has property management who takes care of snow removal which I've never had before. Wouldn't be psyched if I was prepping to shovel out from a storm like this as was the case for most of my adult life.

The Snow is still coming down, but it isn't the Snow that's bothersome it's the Freezing Ass Cold. We're suppose to get 18 inches of Snow by the time it's over, but I wouldn't be surprised if we get more than that.
