TGF-8027 ?

" TGF-8027, or TGF-8-027, also known as N-[1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-2,5-dimethoxy-4-cyanophenethylamine, is a highly selective serotonin 5-HT2A receptor full agonist and putative serotonergic psychedelic of the phenethylamine, 2C, and 25-NB (NBOH) families. It is one of the most selective serotonin 5-HT2A receptor agonists known and shows much greater selectivity than earlier agents like 25CN-NBOH, DMBMPP, and LPH-5. The drug produces psychedelic-like effects in rodents and hence may be hallucinogenic in humans. TGF-8027 was first described in the literature in 2025. " Quoted from Wikipedia. Does anyone know if anyone has experimented with this drug yet ? I'd like to know their experience with it.

Interesting, I doubt anyone has experimented with this compound yet, unless someone from the team who developed it snuck some for themselves.

The structure looks like 25CN-NBOH with an extra carbon on the chain between the nitrogen and the benzene ring.

Opens up possibilities for more NBxx analogs with an extra carbon in the same position unless they have been synthesized already (they likely exist in some database for sure)
 
Part of me wonders how much of the typical psychedelic experience/the recreational effects we tend to seek with psychedelics is missing with such high selectivity for just 5HT2A.

But something so selective gives me hope that there will be a great lack of nausea due to the absence of 5HT3 agonism.

I would certainly not want to be the first human to try this compound though…

The fact that it lacks nausea due the lack of 5-HT3 agonism gives me hope that it's less of a harsh Trip.
